MO Local Obituaries for the Week of May 22, 2019 Irma May Breedlove Irma May Breedlove of Cuba, Missouri was born Friday, July 30, 1926 at Union, Missouri to Roy W. and Vinita E. (nee Sassmann) Thompson and passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 at the age of 92 years. Irma married Eldo W. Klaeger on December 17, 1944 at Jacksonville, Florida and to this union Judy, Jackie, Robert, Dennis and Jerry Lee were born. Eldo passed away October 12, 1989. Irma owned an operator Irma's Flowers and Gifts for 26 years. She retired in 1996. She married Farrell Breedlove on October 22, 1996. Irma was a very talented lady. She could paint beautiful pictures and her pencil drawings of angels were amazing. Every spring Irma would be outside getting her garden ready and then in the summer she would spend hours and hours canning. She was a devout member of the Cuba United Methodist Church, until her health began to decline. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Vinita Thompson; husbands, Eldo Klaeger and Farrell Breedlove; and two sons, Dennis Klaeger and Jerry Lee Klaeger. Tracy Ellen Cooper Tracy Ellen Cooper of Rolla, Missouri was born on December 16, 1961 in Rolla, Missouri to Donald and Diane (Light) Wagoner and passed away Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the age of 57 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Wagoner; and three brothers, Steve Wagoner, Wade Wagoner and Christopher Wagoner. Francis Lawrence "Larry" Decker III Francis Lawrence "Larry" Decker III was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 10, 1943 to Francis Lawrence Decker Jr. and Margaret Kage Decker and passed away Friday May 10, 2019 at the age of 76 years. He married Marilyn Marie Fritzgerald on November 17, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri. Larry loved to travel, especially in the southern part of the United States. He loved the old majestic homes and loved to eat the cajun food. He brought home the love of spicy food and cooked meals for his family and friends and watched many episodes of cooking shows on television. In his younger years he would float the rivers. Larry owned two canoes just in case one failed. He enjoyed the outdoor with his family. Nora Jane Dacus Nora Jane Dacus of Bourbon, Missouri was born on January 25, 1930 in St. Louis, Missouri to George and Nora Jane (Atwood) Winkle and passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the age of 89 years. She grew up and attended school in St. Louis, Missouri and went to work at Lindy's Grocery. On January 31, 1948, Nora married Thomas Bligh and to this union five children were born. They raised their family in Florissant, Missouri. Nora and Thomas were later divorced. Nora was employed for many years at Schnuck's Grocery. She became the first female manager for the store in 1967. Nora married David Dacus on October 4, 1969 in Clayton, Missouri. She inherited a daughter and later, Nora and Dave had a son together. Dave and Nora owned and operated Dave's Donuts and Coffee Shop until their retirement in 1989. She and Dave moved to Sullivan, Missouri for a time, and then they made their permanent home in Bourbon, Missouri. Nora was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Cuba, Missouri. She enjoyed quilting and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Dacus; her parents, George and Nora Jane Winkle; three brothers, Walter, George Jr. and Paul Winkle; and one sister, Catherine Ifland. Eula Lola Wofford Gray Eula Lola Wofford Gray of Salem, Missouri was born in Montauk, Missouri on October 18, 1922 to Lonnie and Fannie (Hubbs) Wofford and passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the age of 96 years. She married Lorse William Gray on August 6, 1940. They were married 49 years before his death in February of 1985. Eula was a member of the Upper Parker Community Church, and also attended Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Eula worked many years at International Shoe, later she worked as sewing instructor at Barad Lingerie for 27 years. She loved gardening, each spring was a time spent to plan and plant her garden, she carefully picked each row so that it could produce the food that her family needed for the long winter months. Eula enjoyed sewing and making quilts. She loved to sit outside and see the beautiful flowers that she had planted throughout the years and to see the cardinals that came each year to nest and feed in the little birdhouses she provided. She loved history and traveled throughout the 48 states. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Fannie Wofford; her husband, Lorse; son, Edgar Gray and wife Drusilla; brothers, Earnest, Utah (also known as Buck), Obe, Wayne, Guy and Cledith Wofford; granddaughter, Shelly Ann Gray; son-in-law, Dr. Thomas W. Greenwalt of Cuba, Missouri was born Thursday, January 6, 1949 at Steelville, Missouri to Harold and Mildred (nee Adams) Greenwalt and passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the age of 70 years. David was a graduate of Steelville High School. He married Ella Jo Gilliam on September 3, 1971 at the Lookout Church of Viburnum, Missouri. David was a retired member of the United Auto Workers Union. He built motor fans for 30 years and after Switzer closed, he went to work at Briggs and Stratton for six years. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on his yard. He spent hours mowing, trimming shrubs and brush. His garden was always amazing. He had a green thumb and his vegetables were enjoyed by family and friends. David was a 40+ year member of the Assembly of God Church of Steelville and spreading the gospel was one of David's favorite things to do. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Greenwalt; wife, Ella Jo Greenwalt; and father-in-law, Eugene Keith Vance. David Michael Levin David Michael Levin of Salem, Missouri passed away Monday, May 13, 2019 at the age of 79 years. Windle Lee Lloyd Windle Lee Lloyd was born June 15, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana and passed away on May 14, 2019 at the age of 75 years. He last worked as a driver for USA Tours in Rolla, Missouri. He loved driving the bus. He also formerly worked over 20 years at Schwitzer, where he was a member and Financial Secretary of the UAW, owned Lloyd's Tax Service and he formerly owned and operated a car wash in Rolla, Missouri for many years. He was a member of First Assembly of God in St James, Missouri. He was a man of faith and lived life serving others. He spent most of his time off either fishing, playing his guitar or reading his Bible. He loved spending time outdoors and was always busy fixing things or helping others. He was proceeded in death by his father, James Cecil Lloyd; mother, Annie Lee Bailey; brother, Earnest Earl Lloyd; step dad, Clarence Kalb; step brother, Ronnie Kalb; and step sisters, Roberta Smith and Vicky Cummings.
