Judy Lee Ammerman
Judy Lee Ammerman of Owensville, Missouri was born in St. Louis,
Missouri on July 28, 1957 and passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013
at Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri at the age of 55 years,
9 months, and 23 days.
On September 27, 1973, in Linn, she was united in marriage to Charles
Ammerman.
She worked as a bindery person in commercial printing for over 20
years. She was a member of the Owensville Moose Lodge.
She was preceded in death by her adopted parents, Silver and Dolly
Pointer.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Ammerman; her mother-in-law,
Irene Zimmerman of Osage Beach, Missouri; two daughters, Cathy Happel
and husband James of Cuba, Missouri and Crystal Ely and husband Glenn
of Rosebud, Missouri; one son, Lenny Ammerman and wife Amber of Ozark,
Missouri; eight grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. at the
Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville, Missouri.
Funeral services were Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 7 p.m. at the
Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville, Missouri.
Arrangements under the direction of the Gottenstroeter Funeral Home
in Owensville, Missouri.
Thomas “Tom” Howard LaRonge Boyd
Thomas “Tom” Howard LaRonge Boyd of Lemay, Missouri was born
March 17, 1957 to Charles and Elnora Ruth Setzer Boyd and passed
away Friday, April 5, 2013 at his home at the age of 56 years.
He served in the U.S. Marines during 1974. Tom attended the Living
Word Ministries in Arnold where Rev. C.L. Morrison was pastor for
several years. He wanted to help others and would donate to “Adopt a
Child” overseas. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles
aeries #646, and Lemay V.F.W. He had worked in sales for several
years as an ad marketer. Tom loved playing gospel and bluegrass
music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elnora Boyd;
one brother, David Allen Boyd; and one grandson, Corey Robert Green.
He is survived by his two sons, Cory Green of Cherryville, Missouri
and Thomas Bullock of Steelville, Missouri; one daughter, Amy Bullock
of Steelville, Missouri; two sisters, Becky Myers and husband Darren
of Hillsboro, Missouri and Angela LaRonge Brown and husband Harry
of Steelville, Missouri; five grandchildren, Logan Patterson, Carson
Bullock, Aerieonna LaRue, Adrian LaRue and Christopher M. Green;
one great grandson, Dewayne; other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2013
at the Church of God in Cherryville, Missouri with Rev. Clifford
Bridgeman officiating.
Inurnment and full military honors will follow at the Freeman
Cemetery at Cherryville, Missouri.

Deloris Coleman
Deloris Coleman of Leasburg, Missouri was born in Rolla, Missouri on
July 10, 1935 to Archibald and Flossie (Bowen) Lanning and passed
away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 in Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 77 years.
In November of 1953 Deloris Lanning married Donald Coleman to this
union fours boys were born.
Deloris was devoted to her family and cherished every second that
was spent with her grandchildren. She loved traveling, reading and
puzzles. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan. She will be
lovingly miss by all that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Archibald and Flossie
Lanning; her sister, Wanda Miller; and grandson, Thomas Coleman.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Donald Coleman of the
home; sons, Ronald Coleman and wife Kathy of St. Louis, Missouri,
Tom Coleman of Leasburg, Missouri, Chris Coleman of Leasburg,
Missouri and Jim Coleman of High Ridge, Missouri; brothers, Michael
Lanning and wife Debbie of Florida and Donald Lanning and wife
Betty of Afton, Missouri; grandchildren, Shawn, Jason, Jimmie,
Brandon, Megan, Hannah, and Anthony Coleman, and Heather Turner;
15 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was Friday, May 24, 2013 at the chapel from 5-7 p.m.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 10 a.m. at
the St. James Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary with Gary
Bartle officiating.
Interment was at the Adams Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jason Coleman, Shawn Coleman, Anthony Coleman,
Jim Coleman, Brandon Coleman and Rick Willis.
Music provided by Martha Dinsdale.

Nellie Mae Head
Nellie Mae Head of Bourbon, Missouri was born on July 30, 1919 near
Fredericktown, Missouri to Oscar and Lucy (Keel) Sheppard and passed
away Sunday, May 19, 2013 at Gibbs Care Center in Steelville, Missouri
at the age of 93 years, 9 months and 19 days.
On February 5, 1937 she was united in marriage to William O. (Bill)
Head and to this marriage seven children were born.
Nellie was employed in the dietary department of the former Sullivan
Community Hospital for several years before retiring. She enjoyed
cooking, sewing quilts, tending to her flower gardens and spending
time with her family. Nellie was a faithful member of the First
Assembly of God in Bourbon until ill health prevented her from
attending.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Lucy Sheppard;
husband, Bill; two daughters, Ruthann Brown and Vicki Williams; an
infant granddaughter, Teresa Ann Alexander; two sons-in-law, Kenny
Alexander and David McBride; a daughter-in-law, Laura Head; three
brothers, Cecil, Earl and Ivan Sheppard; and three sisters, Ruby
Ellis, Mary Lampkin and Belle Casper.
She is survived by three sons, Gus Head and wife Tessie of
Steelville, Missouri, Rodger Head and wife Johann of Springfield,
Missouri and Steve Head and wife Linda of Cleveland, Texas; two
daughters, Kathy Lynchard and husband Gary of Bourbon, Missouri and
Peggy Pratte and husband Steve of Sullivan, Missouri; 20 grand-
children; 42 great grandchildren and 22 great great grandchildren;
a sister-in-law, Pat Sheppard of Fredericktown, Missouri; other
relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the
Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, Missouri.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday,
May 22, 2013 from the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, Missouri
with Pastor Harold Harrison officiating.
Interment was in the Bourbon Cemetery, Bourbon, Missouri.
Arrangements under the direction of the Eaton Funeral Home in
Sullivan, Missouri.
Richard Hodge
Richard Hodge of St. James, Missouri was born in Rolla, Missouri on
September 18, 1964 and passed away May 21, 2013 at the Phelps County
Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri at the age of 48 years.
Richard was a graduate of John F. Hodge High School. He enjoyed time
spent with family and friends, camping and the holidays. He loved
horses and riding whenever he could.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and his mother, Sherry
Foust in 2008.
He is survived by his father Robert Foust of St. James, Missouri;
brother, Tony Foust and wife Kerri of Rolla, Missouri; sister,
Laurie Roark of St. James, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, May 24, 2013 at the St. James
Chapel of the James & Gahr Mortuary with Gary Bartle officiating.
Interment was at the Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Joe Saunders, Tony Foust, Everett Roark, Faron
Roark Jr., Cody Miller and Dalton Roark.
