MO Local Obituaries for the Week of May 30, 2018 Terry Dillon Terry Dillon of St. James, missouri was born September 30, 1960 in Rolla, Missouri to Roy Arthur and Bonnie Sue Koerber Dillon and passed away May 17, 2018 at the age of 57 years. He married Edna Nichols on August 8, 1981 in St. James, Missouri. Terry always had a funny story, a joke or a funny picture on his phone that he wanted to show you. He loved socializing with his buddies and trying to tell the biggest story. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and giving them rides on the tractor, going to the river, spending late nights gigging and striving to kill the largest buck were his favorite hobbies. As a child he stayed busy from sun up to sundown, whether it was digging ponds and lakes in his mom's garden with his Caterpillar dozer or completing the list of chores that his father left him every day. He drove a dump truck hauling fire clay for Dillon Clay Mining for almost 20 years. From 1989 through 2002, he along with his parents and his wife helped operate Dillon Fertilizer. In 2000 he started Dillon Excavation and he purchased his first brand new Caterpillar dozer. He and his wife operated the business for 15 years. In 2015 he started building pipe fences and setting up hoop barn buildings. In the last 15 years, he enjoyed building his herd of black and black white face Angus cattle. He has always loved John Deere tractors; he was so proud to own and restore his great grandfather's 1937 poppin' Johnny. He was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Sue Dillon; his grandparents, Louis and Maudie Koerber and Vernon and Viola Dillon; and mother-in-law, Mary Nichols. He is survived by his father, Roy Arthur Dillon of St. James, Missouri; wife, Edna Dillon of St. James, Missouri; daughters, Charlyn Stroud and husband Johnnie of St. James, Missouri, Brittany Casey and husband Shane of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Tess Neimeyer and husband Todd of Columbia, Missouri; brother, Greg Dillon and wife Julie of St. James, Missouri; sister, Deanna Jones and husband Richard of St. James, Missouri; four grandchildren, Landyn Stroud, Madi Stroud, Dillon Casey and Lauren Neimeyer; other relatives and friends. Mack Lewis Richardson Mack Lewis Richardson of St. James, Missouri was born in High Gate, Missouri on August 6, 1921 to Thomas Jack and Anna Marie (Daihl) Richardson and passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the age of 96 years. Mack married Betty Craig on July 13, 1950. They bought a small farm just outside of St. James, Missouri where he enjoyed raising cattle, walking through the fields, watching wildlife and gardening. They were known for their large vegetable garden. They had 66 loving years of marriage before Betty's death. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Anna Richardson; wife Betty on December 15, 2016; two sons, Billy Joe and Jack Richardson; and brothers, Raymond, Delmar and Charlie Richardson.. He is survived by his children, Les Richardson of Salem, Missouri, Anna Pankey of Rolla, Missouri and Dorothy Foust of St. James, Missouri; grandchildren, Shannon, Jeanette, Roger, Billy, Jonathan, Casey, Justin, Jordan, Jodi, Matthew and Nicole; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; sister, Nora Grotha of St. James, Missouri; other relatives and friends. Peggy W. Ruwwwe Peggy W. Ruwwe of Bourbon, Missouri was born on July 21, 1934 to Charles and Minerva (McKinney) Owens in Bland, Missouri and passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at the age of 83 years. Peggy grew up and attended school in the Gerald, Missouri area. Through the years, Peggy worked in several different areas and retired from St. John's Mercy Hospital in Washington, Missouri. Peggy was united in marriage to Donald K. Ruwwe on June 21, 2002 in St. Louis, Missouri. Peggy loved her family with all her heart. She enjoyed being creative and being outdoors. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Minerva Owens; three brothers, Eldo, Edward and Murral Owens; one sister, Wanda Jones; and her stedaughter, Laura Nicoletti. She is survived by her husband, Donald Ruwwe; three sons, Michael Kuhrts, Kelly Kuhrts and Jonathon Klepper; two daughters, Vicki Blake and Lorelei Kuhrts; three step children, Steven Ruwwe, Jan Lein and Linda Schneider; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters, Patsy Ison and husband Denver, Margaret Crites and Georgia Tyree; other relatives and friends. Anthony Paul Rynkiewicz Anthony Paul Rynkiewicz of Owensville, Missouri, formerly of Newark, Delaware, was born on May 18, 1958 in Wilmington, Delaware and passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the age of 60 years. As a young man Paul started working alongside his step father at Brookside Exxon in Newark, Delaware and continued working until the station closed in 1996. He also retired from General Motors in 2009, after 30 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing and playing baseball for the General Motors team and his AA team. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Rynkiewicz and Agnes "Pinkie" (Schultz) Nickle; one sister, Kim Miller; and father-in-law, William "Bill" Jost. He is survived by his wife, Machelle L. Darlene Hazel Turnbough Darlene Hazel Turnbough (nee Green) of Cherryville, Missouri was born on Saturday, February 20, 1943 in Cherryville, Missouri to Clyde and Geneva (Conaway) Green and passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the age of 75 years and 3 months. Darlene attended Cherryville Schools. She married Gary Lee Turnbough on September 5, 1959 in Cherryville, Missouri. She worked at Brown Shoe for 27 years working as a secretary, then molder and cutter. She attended Linn Tech for accounting, where she graduated with a 4.0 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. After graduating she immediately was hired on at Delano Oil Co. in St. James, Missouri where she worked for 20 years in the accounts payable department. She also worked at Communications for Research as a second job for 10 years. Darlene was a member of First Baptist Church of Cherryville, Missouri. She was a Sunday School teacher and loved to work in the nursery. She loved to cross-stitch and she made sweatshirts, t-shirts and jackets for her entire family. She enjoyed to camp, go to yard sales and listen to southern gospel music. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Geneva Green; parents-in-law, Louie Turnbough, Wilma Bell and Almyra Turnbough; husband, Gary Lee Turnbough; grandson, Eric Allen; and brothers-in-law, Joe Bobbitt, Melvin Adams, Alan Turnbough, Neal Turnbough, Jim Mistler and Dave Kaihewalu. Ernest Jr. Williams "Ernie Jr., Bill" Ernest Jr. Williams "Ernie Jr., Bill" of Meadview City Arizona was born July 16, 1933 on the family farm in Jakes Prairie, Missouri to Ernest E. and Ruth (Enloe) Williams and passed away on May 8, 2018 at the age of 84 years, 10 months and 13 days. Ernest attended school and grew up in Jakes Prairie until the family sold the farm and moved to Cuba. There he attended high school graduating at age 17. He then joined the Navy, July 27, 1950 serving with Tank Force 77 during the Korean conflict. Ernest did one cruise aboard the Cruiser, USS Helena (CA-75), and three cruises on board the Destroyer USS Hubbard, (DD748). While serving as Damage Control on board the Hubbard off the coast of Korea, he was involved in the recovery and securing of the USS Walke (DD723) when it was damaged by either a mine or torpedo. While in the Navy he met Gracemarie Doerr in Long Beach, California. They were married in Yuma, Arizona on May 30, 1953. At the end of his enlistment Ernest left the Navy in 1954 and he and Gracemarie returned to Edgerton, Wisconsin. Ernest initially worked as an apprenticed typesetter for the Whitewater Daily and the Jefferson County Union. He then worked for Gullixson Heating and Cooling as a sheetmetal worker for several years achieving his journeymen status, before being employed by General Motors (Fisher Body) as Jig and Fixture Journeymen. He was a member of the Local 95 and the VFW post 2707 as well as Troop leader for the Cub Scouts 418. In 1969 Ernest and family moved to Quartz Hill in Southern California where he was employed by Lockheed Martin as Jig and Fixture Journeymen on the L1011 project at the Palmdale, California Plant. Ernest and Grace retired to Meadview City in Northern Arizona in 1996 where they became involved in the local community, Ernest working as a volunteer with the local fire department (Grapevine Mesa). He was a member of the VFW 11014 post in Meadview where he held many positions including Post Commander. He later moved his membership to Dolan Springs Post 9833 and joined the American Legion post 88 also in Dolan Springs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ruth Williams; his wife, Gracemarie Williams; brother, Floyd Williams; sister-in-law, Ruby (Dickens) Williams; sister, Grace (Williams) Spurgeon; and brother-in-law, Charles Spurgeon. He is survived by his sons, John (Jennifer) of Janesville, Wisconsin, Stephen of Seligman, Arizona, Kenneth, Wade (Cherie) of Buckeye, Arizona, David, Scott (Donna) of Phoenix Arizona.; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. A family gathering and memorial service is planned with burial in the National Cemetery at Prescott, Arizona at a future date.
