He passed away at Missouri Baptist Hospital-Sullivan on Sunday, May 20, 2007 at the age of 40 years, 1 month and 8 days. Michael lived most of his life in Cuba, Missouri and graduated from Cuba High School. He was previously employed in maintenance at Voss Truck Port. He attended The Northside Full Gospel Mission. His hobbies were fishing, playing horseshoes, listening to country music and working on cars with his dad when he was living.He was preceded in death by his grandparents and parents. He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Lynn Cunningham of Union, Missouri; brothers, Donald Cunningham of Columbia, Missouri, Joe Cunningham of Danville, Illinois, Roger Cunningham (Cathy) of Cuba, Missouri, Ronald Cunningham (Melinda) of St. James, Missouri, Charles Cunningham (Janet) of Salem, Missouri, Edward Cunningham (Janet) of Steelville, Missouri; sisters, Donna Davis (Gary) of Cuba, Missouri; fiancé, Judy Wyndam of Cuba, Missouri; three grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Visitation was Tuesday, May 22, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service was Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 1 p.m. at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri with Rev. Charles Daniel Dale Charles Daniel Dale of Salem, Missouri, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2007 at the age of 79 years. He is survived by his wife, Alice Louise Dale and two daughters, Sally Ann Elwood and husband Vincent and Johnita Sue Wells, all of Salem, Missouri. Brother, Robert Lee Dale and wife Virginia of Salem, Missouri; sister, Hattie Hutchings and Laura Williams and husband Dan, all of Salem, Missouri. Visitation was from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Dent County Memorial Chapel in Salem, Missouri. Masonic services were at 7 p.m. Tuesday with military honors at the cemetery. Frees of Cuba, Missouri was born July 4, 1953 at St. Louis, Missouri to the union of David Thomas Cates and Thelma Joyce (nee Kitchens) Cates and left from this life on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at Cuba, Missouri at the age of 53 years 10 months and 19 days. She was united in marriage to Michael “Mike” Frees on June 20, 1985 at Steelville, Missouri. Rita enjoyed making and painting ceramics, going to craft shows to display and sell her arts and crafts that she made by hand and taking classes to enhance her painting skills. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend of many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Rita is preceded in death by her parents, David Thomas and Thelma Joyce Cates and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to mourn her passing are her loving husband, Mike Frees of Cuba, Missouri; one brother Tommy Cates and two sisters, Nancy and Rebecca Cates, all of the High Ridge, Missouri area. Karl Ray Payne Karl Ray Payne, 54, of Davisville, Missouri was born Friday, June 20, 1952 in Courtois, Missouri, the son of Cleatis and Lena (Bell) Payne. He passed away Sunday, May 20, 2007 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Karl was united in marriage to Vicky Nelson September 29, 1972 in Viburnum, Missouri and to this union three children were born. He had worked as a heavy equipment operator in the mining industry. He had first worked for Amax, and presently was employed with Doe Run Co. for the last 12 years. He loved hunting, dogs, horses and especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Harold and one sister, Verla Gibbs and husband Dale. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Jason Payne and wife Monica of Davisville, Missouri and Cleatis Payne and wife Deana of Caledonia, Missouri; one daughter, Karla Payne and companion Mark of Davisville, Missouri; five grandchildren, Trevor, Kalynn, Alexis, Cameron and JayRay. Special music of “Praise You in this Storm,” “Believe,” “Carry On,” and “Go Rest High on the Mountain” were played. Special remembrances of her father were shared by Karla Payne. Serving as casket bearers were Steve Jimmerson, Tracy Willhite, Chance Hedrick, Rick Turnbough, Ryan Yount, Chuck Radford, Norman Payne Jr. and Bill Barton. Honorary bearers were Bob Kennedy, Joe Miner, Trevor, JayRay and Cameron Payne with committal prayers and burial in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Delores Marie Sego Delores Marie Sego of Cuba, Missouri was born July 13, 1929 at Dillard, Missouri to the union of George Henry Bruner and Leota Mae (nee Alcorn) Bruner and left from this life on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Waynesville, Missouri at the age of 77 years 10 months and 9 days. Delores was united in marriage to George William “Bill” Sego on September 14, 1962 at Cuba, Missouri. The most important thing in Delores life was spending time with her children and being grandma, but in her spare time she enjoyed gardening, sewing, the outdoors and going for walks. Delores was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother grandmother, great grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Leota Bruner; husband, George William “Bill” Sego; two brothers, William and John Bruner and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to mourn her passing are her two sons, Michael R. and wife Laura Young of Monongahela, PA and Kevin L.
