He married Melanie R. Prebianca on June 27, 1998 in St. James, Missouri. Ken was a building contractor and enjoyed remolding homes. Ken was always glad to help people who were in need. He never met a stranger and had a giving heart. Kenneth served in the U.S. Air Force as a Fuel System Techinician from 1968 thru 1981. He was preceded in death by his parents, Shannon Bishop in 1977 and Norma Lulu Wassman Bishop in 1976; father-in-law, Gene Prebianca; brothers, Dwayne Bishop, David Bishop, John Bishop and Robert Bishop; sister, Lois Sellner; and brother-in-law, Roger Sellner and Paul Fredin. (nee Elliott) Engle and passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 at the age of 62 years. Michelle married James Wesley Creson on July 26, 1986 at Springfield, Missouri. Michelle, as she was known by everyone, was a retired Register Nurse. She spent her life taking care of others. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking and reading Tom Clancy novels. Michelle was mom to everyone and she spent hours taking all the kids to band events. You could find her at every football game, parade and basketball team waiting for the band to play. She had a love of animals, country music and the Oldies. Marilyn Fredendall Marilyn (Gehlert) Fredendall of Bland, Missouri was born on May 17, 1956, in Rolla, Missouri to Alfred and Patsy (McDaniel) Gehlert and passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the age of 62 years. Marilyn was a lifelong member of the area and attended the Belle School system before receiving her G.E.D later in life. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Belle. Marilyn was employed at Gasconade Manor and Victorian Manor as a CNA and also worked at several factories throughout the area. Marilyn was united in marriage to Mark Allen Fredendall in 1996. They were happily married for 22 years before he passed away on October 2, 2011. Marilyn was very talented at many things and could do anything she set her mind to. Some of her many hobbies were cooking, sewing, crocheting, doing yardwork and growing flowers. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Gehlert; husband, Mark Fredendall; and one son, Toby Graham. Jackson of Bourbon, Missouri was born on Wednesday, August 24, 1921 in Sullivan, Missouri to Russell Claude and Katie Agnes Northcutt Jackson and passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the age of 96 years, 10 months and 3 days. Charles served his country honorably in the United States Army during World War II. He married Mabel Ethel Smith on December 29, 1948 in Sullivan, Missouri. He retired from the General Motors Plant in St. Louis, Missouri. He was a member of the Temple Baptist Church, Sullivan, Missouri. He worked hard raising and harvesting vegetable gardens every summer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel. Lora Lavell McKnight Lora Lavell McKnight of Bourbon, Missouri was born on November 13, 1935 in rural Bourbon, Missouri to Oral and Leona (Kelly) West and passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 at the age of 82 years. She married Richard Olen McKnight on March 6, 1959 in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended the Cuba College of Hairdressing and owned and operated her own shop in Bourbon, Missouri. Lora was a good Christian woman and served as assistant pastor of Faith Mission Tabernacle in Bourbon, Missouri for many years. She was also a member of the Full Gospel Church International in St. Louis, Missouri. In her free time, Lora enjoyed reading her Bible, working puzzles, flower gardening and traveling to see family. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Yvonne Lutz; grandson, Mark Carroll; parents, Oral and Leona West; two brothers, Roy Lee and Ernie West; and two sisters, Bonnie Jordan West and Carol Marie West. Jerry Jim Morris Jerry Jim Morris was born January 9, 1935 in Texhoma, Oklahoma to Joseph Oscar and Harriette Ellen (Rhoden) Morris and passed away July 2, 2018 at the age of 83 years. On October 18, 1981, Jerry was united in marriage to Beverley Sue Anderson. Jim, as he was known, served as a minister for many years and loved to fish, loved music and in his earlier years enjoyed horses. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Harriette Morris; and sisters, Altha Mae Morris and Clara Jo Shorb. Dorothy Marie Rauscher Dorothy Marie Rauscher was born February 12, 1932 in Houston, Missouri to Herman and Etta (Haney) Hayes and passed away July 4, 2018 at the age of 86 years. Dorothy married Oliver Kell on September 1, 1949. Later she married Robert Rauscher on November 10, 1979. Dorothy was a member of the Ellis Prairie Baptist Church and ccepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at a young age. She was a homemaker for many years and then worked as the supervisor of the housekeeping department at Texas County Memorial Hospital where she retired in 1995. Dorothy almost never missed one of her children or grand- children's sporting events. Her family thought she made the best fried chicken, sauerkraut, and apple cobbler in Texas County. She loved to dance and listen to gospel music. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Etta Hayes; brothers; Willard "Wid," Wilbert, Robert "Jack," and sisters; Hazel Wheeler, Helen Shelton, Tressie Smrek and Vera Leek. Mary Louise Springer Mary Louise Springer of Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Bourbon, Missouri, was born on January 8, 1931 in Holts Summit, Missouri to Otto and Edith (Davis) Koelling and passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the age of 87 years. At age 12, Mary's mother passed away and she went to live with her aunt, Blanche Davis, who also took in her 11-year-old sister and 5-year-old brother. All three children were loved by their Aunt Blanche. Mary was a graduate of Fulton High School. She married Paul Gilbert Springer on July 3, 1950 in South Dakota. Mary worked in the lunch room at Bourbon School while her children attended school there. In 1968 she owned and operated Bourbon Fashion Shop. Her next career move was to manage the Onondaga Cave Restaurant; however, after her grandchildren were born, she stayed home to babysit and spend time with them. Mary was active in PTA when her children were young and she enjoyed traveling, canning and gardening. Mary was a long time member of First United Methodist Church in Bourbon, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Springer; one granddaughter, Elizabeth Springer; parents, Otto and Edith Koelling; one brother, John Koelling; one sister, Barbara Koelling; and special aunt, Blanche Davis. She is survived by her children, George Springer of Oakville, Missouri, J.C.
