On April 23, 1950 she married Ralph Bittle in Heber Springs, AR., and four children were born. Clotene was a member of Temple Baptist Church and employed by Dr. Riffel's office as a secretary and insurance clerk for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lessie Wright; husband, Ralph Bittle on January 3, 2005; one brother, Boone Wright and two sisters, Elene Wright and Asina Wood. She is survived by three sons, Steven Bittle of Clinton, Arkansas, Mark Bittle of Bourbon, Missouri and Charles Bittle and wife Kandy of Fredericktown, Missouri; one daughter, Kathy Potts and husband Warren of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana; nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one brother, C. D. Wright of Quitman, Arkansas; other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the Temple Baptist Church in Sullivan, Missouri and from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Olmstead Funeral Home in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 from the Olmstead Funeral Home in Heber Springs, Arkansas with Pastor Scott Perry officiating. Bowen, Sr. was born on Thursday, June 20, 1940 in Seaton, Missouri to Albert J. and Hazel E. Jordan Bowen and passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 at the age of 74 years, 1 month, and 21 days. Bobby married Zella Wright on January 17, 1963 in Salem, Missouri and to this union four children were born. He thoroughly loved working at Empire Gas Company for more than 35 years where he retired as plant manager. His hobbies were deer hunting and fishing. Bobby loved taking his grandchildren hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Hazel Bowen; parents-in-law, Louie and Audrey Wright; wife, Zella Wright Bowen; brothers-in-law, Charles, Lloyd and Jerry Wright. Roy Edward Carlton Roy Edward Carlton of Rolla, Missouri was born in Black, Missouri on May 20, 1911, to Charles H. and Emmaline (Myers) Carlton and passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014, at the age of 103 years. On June 2, 1932, he married Mamie Eva Thomasson. Roy was an ordained minister of the Apostolic Pentecostal Faith. He served as the Pastor of several churches including Edgar Springs, Hornersville and Naylor, Missouri, as well as churches in Elgin and Valley View, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Emmaline Carlton; wife, Mamie in 2004; four children, James Carlton, Juanita Crites, Ray Carlton and David Carlton; brothers, Clifford, Elmo, and Ezra Carlton; and sisters, Gertrude Arndt and Mabel Carlton. Crider of St. James, Missouri was born on April 21, 1934 in High Gate, Missouri to Laura (Bunton) and John Miller and passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at the age of 80 years. Mildred was united in marriage to Austin (Butch) Crider and the couple made their home in the Cuba area. Austin preceded Mildred in death in December 1982. She was preceded in death by her parents, Laura and John Miller; husband, Austin Crider in December, 1982; one infant son; and six brothers and sisters. Earl, May, Everett, Claude, Raymond and Earlene. She is survived by one daughter, Betty Catudal and her husband Michel of Michigan; one grandson, Pierre Catudal of Michigan; special friend Robert (Bob) Strube of Sullivan, Missouri; other relatives and friends. William "Bill" Joe Midyett William "Bill" Joe Midyett of Steelville, Missouri was born on Sunday, October 27, 1929 in Steelville, Missouri to Earnest Leonard and Erma Kehner Midyett and passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the age of 84 years, 9 months and 7 days. Bill served his country honorably in the United States Army following WWII in Germany. He married Ella Mary Weber on July 10, 1967 in Steelville, Missouri. He worked many years in the combustion engineering industry in St. Louis and was a member of the union. He was a faithful member of the Center Point Baptist Church, Steelville, Missouri. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and going to stock car races. Mueller of Jefferson City, Missouri was born on December 13, 1934 in Jefferson City, Missouri to Fred and Martha Nixon Wickham and passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 at the age of 79 years. She was married on June 14, 1955 in Nesbitt, Mississippi to Ewing A. Mueller. She was a 1952 graduate of the Jefferson City Junior College and received her nursing degree in 1972. She later graduated in 1986 from Lindenwood University with a degree in Gerontology. A resident of Jefferson City for most of her life, Lucia started her professional career as an administrative assistant with the State of Missouri under Christopher Bond and Warren Hearnes Administrations. After her work with the state, she helped with A.H. "Pete" Jones Company and enjoyed her work as a nurse with Charles Still Hospital until her retirement. She was a member of the Presbyterian faith and attended First Presbyterian Church in Jefferson City. Lucia loved traveling with family and traveled all over the world. She has floated on the Snake River and Colorado River and took several trips to Turkey, France and Italy. Many of these trips came from her deep love of art and art history. During her free time, she enjoyed cooking, sewing, reading, classical music and her cats. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Martha Wickham; her husband, Ewing on July 19, 2002; one brother, Fred Wickham, Jr.; and a grandson, Jonathan Mueller. Cory Roy Schnakenberg Cory Roy Schnakenberg of Concordia, Missouri was born on April 15, 1977 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Roger and Kathleen Schnakenberg and passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the age of 37 years. Cory was a graduate of B.W. Robinson State School in Rolla, Missouri and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Concordia, Missouri. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, and loved country music. He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Roger Schnakenberg. He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Schnakenberg; sister, Jodie Schnakenberg of Kansas City, Kansas; other relatives and friends. Carl Thomas "Tom" Starr Carl Thomas "Tom" Starr of High Ridge, Missouri, formerly of Cuba, Missouri, was born December 22, 1937 at St. Louis, Missouri to Carl C. and Sophie (Nee: Turek) Starr and left from this life on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at SSM St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 76 years. Tom was united in marriage to Sue Ann Skeel on December 2, 1961 at St. Louis, Missouri and to this union three children were born. Tom proudly served in the United States Air Force. He then worked as a warehouse manager for many years before retiring and moving to Indian Hills Lake, Cuba, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Sophie Starr; wife, Sue Ann Starr. He is surived by his three children, Thomas and wife Michelle Starr, Victoria and husband Chris Dieterman and Kristine and husband Ken Louks; seven grandchildren; other relatives and friends. (Carrigan) Martines on May 29, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the age of 75 years. Ronnie retired after working many years as a Property Manager in Denver, Colorado. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Church Choir, TOPS, Red Hat Ladies and the Lunch Bunch. She enjoyed singing, playing bingo and dancing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Audrey Martines; and husband, William T. Sumner. She is survived by her two children, Vince Cooper and friend Chris Gumeson of Hutcheson, Kansas and Cyndie and husband Franklin D.
