Larry graduated from Steelville High School with the Class of 1974. He married Nancy Christene Grubaugh on July 5, 1975 at the Wesco Baptist Church. He accepted the Lord early in life and had attended Huzzah Baptist Church. Larry logged most of his life and started to help his dad when he was just seven years old. He was the owner of Adams Logging and worked daily with his sons. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed anything that had to do with being outside, especially hunting, fishing and just being on the farm. Larry was always willing to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed any chance to get everyone together whether it be for a BBQ, dinners or celebrations. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles "Charlie" and Rachel Adams; and two brothers, Roy Adams and Jimmie Adams. Lane Wes Bridgeman Lane Wes Bridgeman of Cuba, Missouri was born Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at St. Louis, Missouri to Donny and Vickie (nee Britton) Bridgeman and passed away Sunday August 25, 2019 at the age of 14 years. Lane was a triplet, born at 33 1/2 weeks. He was the smallest but that didn't stop him. As with triplets, they would finish each other sentences and they always knew what the other was thinking. Though he was only 14, Lane was a very talented young man. He took care of the cattle, pigs, fences, hay and other chores on the family farm. Lane was the proud co-owner of 5B Farms LLC. He bred and sold show pigs and he loved to show and travel with his stock. He could cook, weld, hunt, fish and was a natural born mechanic. He enjoyed playing rummy, chess and shooting guns. He had a way with animals, especially his horse "Toby," sow "Lavern" and dog "Little Bit." He enjoyed mushroom hunting, venturing through the woods, checking his game cam and Semis. He was a longtime member of the Forest Hill 4-H Club. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim Britton, John and Terri Bridgeman. Davis of Ozark, Missouri, formerly of St. James, Missouri was born in Bland, Missouri on January 31, 1920 to Thomas and Alda (Spurgeon) Branson and passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2019 at the age of 99 years. Dorothy attended college at Mounds City Business School in St. Louis, Missouri, where she received to accounting degree. She married Floyd Anderson Davis on October 20, 1946. They raised their family in Kirkwood, Missouri, before moving to moving to a little farm in Vichy, Missouri. Dorothy worked in the accounting department at the Missouri Veterans Home until she retired. She was a longtime member of the High Gate Baptist Church before moving to town and joining the St. James Baptist Church. She was a very accomplished quilter, something that she loved, she has made over 300 quilts all done by hand. Dorothy was also an excellent cook, she really enjoyed getting her family and friends over and sharing a meal. She was very active in the Vichy Volunteer Fire Department. She is survived by her sons, Bob Davis and wife Bobbie of Nixa, Missouri and Steve Davis and wife Theresa of Linn Creek, Missouri; grandchildren, Jenni Dollar (Scott), Melanie Hopkins (Matt), Erin McCurdy (Jeremy), Sarah Hammonds (Matt), and Matt Davis (Melanie); brother, Gilbert Branson and wife Mary Jane of Owensville, Missouri; nine great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She also attended East Central College in Union, Missouri and took finance classes. She was always the room mom at all of her kid's school events. She loved to travel with her husband Jimmy and loved dancing to the Bee Gees while cleaning. Gregory O'Dell Gregory O'Dell was born March 25, 1955 in Rolla, Missouri to Abraham Franklin and Virginia Elaine McClanahan O'Dell and passed away on August 26, 2019 at the age of 64 years. "Odie" as he was known to his close friends, spent the majority of his life in Cuba, Missouri. He was a people person and enjoyed the close friendships he made over the years. His friends were more like family to him. Odie worked hard. During most of his working life, he was a heavy equipment operator. He owned and operated all types of trucks. There was no job too big for him to tackle, whether it was an individual needing assistance or a company that had a tough sewer job, Odie was more than willing to lend a helping hand. When he wasn't working, Odie enjoyed spending time with his many friends and his beloved dog, Brittany. He was preceded in death by his parents, Abraham and Virginia O'Dell.
