Neoma Jane Chandler
Neoma Jane Chandler nee Cutter of Cuba, Missouri was born on August 23,
1930 at Lockport, New York to the union of Morris Cutter and Ruth Mosher
Cutter and passed away on September 10, 2003 at Cuba, Missouri at the age
of 73 years and 17 days.
On August 1, 1953 Neoma was united in marriage to Billie Gene Chandler at
Lockport, New York. One son, Mike, and four daughters, Lindy, Bonnie, Becky
and Vicky were worn to this union. Neoma and Billie have been happily
married for 50 years.
Neoma was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Vicky Chandler
and one brother Norman Cutter. Those who survive to mourn her passing from
this life are her devoted husband Billie Gene Chandler; one son, Mike
Chandler; three daughters, Lindy (Perry) Myers, Bonnie Schell and Becky
Chandler; three brothers Don (Mary Ann) Cutter, Skip (Jan) Cutter and Bob
Cutter; three sisters, Ruth Jeanette (Vic) Trombitas, Joan (Joe) Hubert
and Wilma Weaver; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nieces;
nephews; other relatives and many friends. Neoma was a loving wife, mother,
grandmother, great grandmother, sister, good friend to all who knew her
and will be sadly missed. Neoma Jane Chandler nee Cutter was in state at
the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba, Missouri where funeral services were
held on Friday, September 12, 2003 at 7 p.m. with Rev. Bob Coleman
officiating. All arrangements were under the direction of the Britton
Funeral Home of Cuba, Missouri.
Wilma Marguerite Crabtree
Wilma Marguerite Crabtree nee Walker of Chesterfield, Mo. was born on
Sunday, January 12, 1919 in Scotia, Mo. to Arvel Walker and Tressie Clonts
Walker. She passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2003 at the age of 84 years,
7 months and 9 days. Wilma married Chester Crabtree on December 24, 1935 in
Steelville, Mo. and to this union one daughter was born. They spent most of
their years in the St. Louis area where she was a devoted mother and wife.
She especially enjoyed quilting, cooking, sewing and spending time with her
grandchildren. She was a member of the St. John United Church of Christ,
St. Clair, Mo. and was also a member of the Steelville Mary & Martha Eastern
Star #364.Wilma was preceded in death by her husband Chester, parents, and
an infant sister. Those who remain to mourn her passing are her daughter
Phyllis Russell of Chesterfield, Mo.; brothers Jason Walker, James Walker
and wife Bonnie, all of St. Louis County; sisters Lillie Stout of St. Clair,
Mo., Ina King of Wentzville, Mo. and Vera Wymer and husband Rev. Howard
Wymer of Elkland, Mo.; brother-in-law Ralph Fox of Denver, Colorado and
sister-in-law Jennie Ruth Crabtree of Denver, Colorado.
Grandchildren Jeffrey Russell and wife Catherine of Town and Country, Mo.,
Jennifer Klein and husband Paul of Houston, Texas; great grandchildren
Andrew Russell, Erin Russell, Daven Klein and Dillon Klein, cousins, other
relatives and many friends all who will sadly miss and fondly remember
Wilma Marguerite Crabtree. Visitation was Saturday, August 23, 2003 from
4-8 p.m. at Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville, Mo. Funeral services were
Sunday, August 24, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. at Hutson Funeral Chapel, Steelville,
Mo. with Rev. Delmar Hutson officiating. Burial was in the Steelville
Cemetery, Steelville, Mo. with pallbearers Jerry Campbell, Willie Johnston,
Chuck King, Rich McQuiston, Keith Walker, and Chris Wymer. All arrangements
under the direction of the Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville, Mo.
Fern Lillian Rodriguez
Fern Lillian Rodriguez (nee Bardl) of Cuba, Missouri was born on
December 18, 1936 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Pete and Charlotte
(nee Kountz) Bardl and passed away on September 6, 2003 at the Missouri
Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 66 years, 8 months
and 18 days. Those who survive to mourn her passing from this life are her
devoted husband Jesse Rodriguez of the home in Cuba, Missouri; one son Sean
Smith; one daughter Debbie Theroux; one step-son Jesse F. Rodriguez, Jr.;
two step-daughters Susan Rankin and Karen Wolfen; five grandchildren;
four great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. Fern was a
devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, good friend
to all who knew her and will be sadly missed.Fern Lillian Rodriguez was
in state at the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba, Missouri where funeral
services were held on Wednesday, September 10, 2003 at 2 p.m. with
Rev. Bob Coleman officiating. Interment was in the Kinder Cemetery,
Cuba, Missouri. All arrangements were under the direction of the Britton
Funeral Home of Cuba, Missouri.
