England (nee Garrett), beloved wife of Loftus England; loving mother and mother-in-law of Emanuel (Bud) and Anne Taylor Jr. and Eugene and Kimberly Taylor; dear sister of Margaret Jacob; dear grandmother of Emanuel (Buddy), Christopher and James Taylor, Michael and Shane Manning; dear sister-in-law and aunt; was born Wednesday, June 21, 1933 and passed away Monday, September 18, 2006 at the age of 73 years. Visitation was 3-8 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Jay B. Smith Funeral Home, Fenton, Missouri. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2006 at the Jay B. Smith Chapel. Graveside service was at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, September 23, 2006 at the Martin Cemetery, Cherryville, Missouri. Mary A. Leth Mary A. Leth of Eureka, Missouri formerly of Leasburg, Missouri was born July 15, 1918 at Riverdale, Illinois to the union of William C. McKinley and Mary E. (nee Green) McKinley and left from this life on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at Washington, Missouri at the age of 88 years, 2 months and 5 days. Mary was united in marriage to Joseph R. Leth on April 25, 1926 and to this union one daughter was born, Barbara. Mary was a nurse's aid for ten plus years as St. Mary's Hospital in California. She was a former member and Sunday School Teacher for 12 years at the Cuba United Methodist Church and then became a member World Wide Church of God in Pacific. Mary enjoyed shopping, sewing, reading romance novels and letter writing. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mary was a loving daughter, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. Leth; parents, William and Mary McKinley; one grandson, Thad Joseph Fertig; three sisters; one brother and other relatives. Those who are left to mourn her passing is her daughter Barbara and husband Charles Fertig, three grandchildren; Danette and husband Jeffrey Thompson, Erin and husband Kevin Graves, Todd James Fertig; four great grandchildren, Abigail, Rachel, Ethan, Foster and a host other relatives and friends. Funeral service 11 a.m., Saturday, September 23 at Britton Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri with Rev. Paul Lathum officiating. "Just a Closer Walk with Thee," "Throw Out the Life Line" and "In the Sweet Bye and Bye" was the special music during the service. Burial followed at Meramec Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. The family was served by Britton Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri. Viola Lippold Viola Lippold of St. James, Missouri was born November 21, 1919 at Marthasville, Missouri to the union of William Lippold and Nettie (nee Berges) Lippold and left from this life on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at the age of 86 years, 9 months and 29 days. Viola had been a resident of St. James Nursing Center for many years. She was a loving daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Nettie Lippold and one sister, Evelyn Lippold. Those who are left to mourn her passing is her sister, Olga Owens of Cuba, Missouri; two nephews and the loving and caring staff of St. James Nursing Center. Graveside service was 3 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri with the Rev. Paul Lathum officiating. The family was served by Britton Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri. Salvador "Chavas" Navarro Salvador "Chavas" Romero Navarro of Cuba, Missouri was born on Tuesday, April 20, 1971 in San Juan Delagos, Mexico to Rosendo and Marie de Carmen Navarro. He passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2006 at the age of 35 years, 4 months and 27 days. Salvador was married to Stephanie Mullen on May 20, 2006 in Camdenton, Missouri. He was employed as a maintenance worker at the Interstate Regional Stockyard in Cuba, Missouri where he enjoyed working. He also enjoyed camping, spending time on the river and most of all loved being with family and friends. He is survived by his wife Stephanie Mullen Navarro of Cuba, Missouri; son Salvador Navarro, Jr. of Navato, California; parents, Rosendo and Maria de Carmen Navarro of Cuba, Missouri; brothers, Guillermo Navarro of California, Sergio Navarro and wife Evelia of Cuba, Missouri and Rodolfo Navarro of Mexico; sisters, Silvia Navarro of California, Yolanda Navarro of Mexico, Imelda Navarro of California and Berhalicia Navarro of California; mother-in-law, Linda Hamilton of Cuba, Missouri and father-in-law, Mike Mullen of Montgomery City, Missouri; sister-in-law, Shelley Mullen and companion Jose Davila of Cuba, Missouri; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Memorial service was at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri on Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 7 p.m. with Rev. Delmar Hutson and Rev. Obed Fernandez officiating. Graveside service was at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri with Father James Finder officiating.
