Skyler August Gabel
Skyler August Gabel was born on August, 26, 1995 in Cody, Wyoming to
Paul D. Gabel and Stephany M. Anderson and passed away on
October 26, 2013 beneath the Catheral Cliffs of Windy Mountain
following a truck accident on the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway at the
age of 18 years and 2 months.
Skyler was a Dave Strike Custom Building work and a guide with Pass
Creek Outfitters.
He is survived by his father, Paul; mother, Stephany; sisters, Rebecca
and Kaitlyn Loberg; grandparents, Ed and Josephine Gabel of St. James,
Missouri and Donnie and Jane Anderson; aunt and uncles and their
families, Ed and Jane Davis, Mike and Sarah Banks, and Donnie and
Candice Anderson and children Chad Manley, Zachariah Hannah and Isaiah
Anderson; cousins and families, Andrea and Derek Mosier and children
Anthony, Kayla Mackenzie and Andrew and Amanda and John Sterling and
children John and Riley.
A memorial service will be held on November 30, 2013 at noon at the
Flag Springs Church in rural St. James.
Mia G. Livesay-Hancock
Mia G. Livesay-Hancock of Barnhart, Missouri, formerly of Cuba,
Missouri area, was born March 28, 1969 at Roanoke Rapids, North
Carolina and passed away suddenly Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at
Jefferson County, Missouri at the age of 44 years.
Mia had been an LPN for many years. She had worked for Dr. Halasgo
in Steelville during the 1980’s, Missouri Baptist Hospital in
Sullivan, Cuba Manor, a nursing home in Salem, Missouri and
St. Louis University. As a nurse Mia career covered doctor’s
office, hospitals, nursing homes and secretarial duties.
She enjoyed working in the garden, fishing, camping, playing in
the river, watching hockey and race cars. She had been a shoe model
for several years and traveled to Vegas for the big shoe shows.
Mia always had a dog; they were like her second child and “Pretty”
was her last pet.
She is preceded in death by grandparents and other relatives and
friends.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Hancock of Barnhart, Missouri;
one son, Nick and wife Melysa Warren of Houston, Texas; step
daughter, Alexis Hancock of St. Louis, Missouri; parents, Jerry and
Charlotte Livesay of Leasburg, Missouri and Faye Newsome of Luray,
Virginia; six brothers and sisters, Kevin and wife Misty Livesay of
Cuba, Missouri, Ken and wife Melissa Quinton of Rolla, Missouri,
Tina and husband Bob Cunningham of Cuba, Missouri, Lynn and husband
Thomas Minke of Luray, Virginia, Angela Newsome and Joseph Newsome
of North Carolina; mother-in-law, Brinda and husband Rick Androvandi
of Sesser, Illinois; grandparents-in-law, Elijah and Marlene Bennett
of Imperial, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. at
Mizell Funeral Home in Cuba, Missouri.
Funeral service was held on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at 5 p.m. at
Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Harrison Brown, officiating.
Special music was “Wedding Day” and “Amazing Grace.”
Interment and prayers were held at 10 a.m. on Monday,
November 25, 2013 at the Steelville City Cemetery, Steelville,
Missouri.
Arrangements under the direction of the Mizell Funeral Home in Cuba,
Missouri.
Ralph Andrew Harman
Ralph Andrew Harman of Steelville, Missouri was born on Friday,
October 18, 1940 in Steelville, Missouri to Samuel Joshua Harman, Jr.
and Opal Gladine Trask Harman and passed away on Monday,
November 18, 2013 at the age of 73 years and 1 month.
After high school graduation, Ralph worked at Brown Shoe Company in
Steelville for 10 years as an Assistant Superintendent. He then
owned Ozark Gas and Oil Company. Lastly, worked for 25 years at
Fleming Corporation in Cuba, Missouri.
Ralph farmed his entire life and raised beef cattle. He was a member
of the State and County Cattlemen’s Association. He was a Past Master
(1980) of the Lebanon Masonic Lodge, board member of the Liberty
Cemetery, former member of the Ozark Trail Blazers and Steelville
School Board serving as president for several years. He also enjoyed
fishing and went on many fishing trips to Oklahoma. He liked sports
and was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals ball team.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Opal Harman;
sister, Betty (Curtis) Davis; brother-in-law, Curtis Richter;
stepmother, Hazel Harman; mother-in-law, Constance Kohlmeyer;
grandparents-in-law, Ed and Margaret Bettis;
He is survived by his wife, Trudy Harman of Steelville, Missouri;
children, Ed (Tammy) Harman of Cuba, Missouri, Sheila Eye of
Leavenworth, Kansas and Diana (Keith) Vaughan of Chesterfield,
Missouri; sisters, Katherine Richter and Alice (Charles) House, all
of Steelville, Missouri; sister-in-law, Sandra Alejos of Hitchcock,
Texas; grandchildren, Walker (Shannon) Eye of Olive Branch,
Mississippi, Christina (Kevin) Crowley of Valley Park, Missouri,
Jennifer Mueller of Leavenworth, Kansas, Samuel AJ Harman of Cuba,
Missouri, Clinton Eye of Grafenwoehr, Germany and Jack Vaughan of
Chesterfield, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. and
Masonic service at 7 p.m. at the Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville.
Funeral service at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2013 at the Hutson
Funeral Home, Steelville, Missouri with Pastor Jerry Beers
officiating.
Burial was at the Liberty Cemetery, Steelville, Missouri.
Pallbearers were Charles House, AJ Harman, Walker Eye, Kevin
Crowley, Keith and Jack Vaughan. Honorary pallbearer, Clinton Eye.

Steelville, Missouri.
Andrew “Milk” Losh
Andrew “Milk” Losh was born in Muncie on April 28, 1983, the son of
Kelly (Losh), Richard Weems, and Brian Armstrong and passed away on
Saturday, November 16, 2013, following a brief illness at the age
of 30 years.
He attended Albany, Northview and Yorktown Schools before finishing
his education being home schooled by his aunt, Kim (Losh-Clanin)
Baugher.
He worked for his family’s businesses Losh Construction, I.C.C.I.
Corporation and LBC, Incorporated, and was most proud of his work
as an insurance and mortgage inspector where he worked on becoming
a FEMA Certified Inspector.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gary and
Thelma Losh; an aunt, Kim (Losh-Clanin) Baugher; a step-aunt, Shelia
(Weems-Harper), Sharpe; step-grandparents, Ernest and Mildred Weems;
and a cousin, Randall Losh.
He is survived by his parents; a sister, Mariah Weems of Muncie,
Indiana; niece, Kassi Weems of Muncie, Indiana; uncles, Mike Losh
and wife Karen of Brownsburg, Indiana, Greg Losh and wife Connie of
Selma, Indiana, Carl Losh and wife Robin of Gaston, Indiana and
Chad Losh and wife Micco of Albany, Indiana; step-uncles, Gene
Weems, Darrell Weems and wife Katie; step-aunts, Kathy Dotson and
husband Daniel, Denise Little and husband Chuck, all of Missouri;
aunts, Ruth Brannum and husband Almous of Muncie, Indiana and Lynn
Poley and husband James of Kentucky; two special cousins, Amber
and Larry Clanin; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held at the Parson Mortuary in Muncie, Indiana
from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. prior to time of service Friday,
November 22, 2013.
Services was held 1 p.m. Friday, November 22, 2013 at Parson
Mortuary with Pastors Linda McBride, Joey Prewitt, and Lois Cannon
officiating.
Burial followed in the Beech Grove Cemetery.

Indiana.
Wilma Emily Ruwwe
Wilma Emily Ruwwe of Sullivan, Missouri was born at Richwoods,
Missouri on April 17, 1938 to Anthony and Erma (Missey) Emily and
passed away at her home on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the age of
75 years.
She was raised in the Dry Branch area near Richwoods and later made
her home in the Sullivan, Missouri area.
Wilma was employed with various companies in the Sullivan area,
which included International Shoe Company, Midwest Shoe Company,
Ramsey Corporation and Von Weise Gear in St. Clair, Missouri. She
retired in 1985 and started a quilting and antique shop at her home.
She was an avid quilter and her quilts are prized throughout the area.
She also enjoyed tending the garden and canning the fruits of her labor.
She was a member of Saint Stephen Catholic Church of Richwoods and was
a member of the quilting guild there.
On March 24, 1956 she was united in marriage to Robert Gene Ruwwe in
the state of Mississippi. They later renewed their vows in 2006
commemorating their 50-year wedding anniversary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Erma Emily; a
son, Jeff Ruwwe; one brother, Don Emily and two sisters, Erma Jean
“Sug” Emily and Jackie Roe.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Ruwwe of the family home; two
daughters, Lisa Wegescheide and husband Joe of Leasburg, Missouri,
and Tresa Copsey and husband Reese of Rich Hill, Missouri; three
brothers, Floyd, Tony and Jim Emily all of Sullivan, Missouri; one
sister, Ellen Easter of Norman, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren; 15
great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at
the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan and on Thursday,
November 21, 2013 from 10 a.m. until time of mass at Saint Stephen
Catholic Church in Richwoods, Missouri.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated 11 a.m. on Thursday,
November 21, 2013 from Saint Stephen Catholic Church in Richwoods,
Missouri with Father Robert Liss officiating.
Interment was in Saint Stephen Cemetery.
Arrangements under the direction of the Eaton Funeral Home in
Sullivan, Missouri.
Joyce Kay Wells
Joyce Kay Wells of Rolla, Missouri was born in Carthage, Texas on
September 19, 1956 to James and Mary Virginia (Herron) McCurry and
passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013 at the age of 57 years.
She was married to Joe Wells.
Joyce was a resident of the Rolla Apartments for many years where
she voluntarily dedicated her time ensuring its smooth operation
and friendly atmosphere.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mary McCurry;
her husband, Joe; two sisters, Betty McCalpin and Mary Ann Rice; and
two brothers, Donald and Danny Rice.
She is survived by three children, Angela Wells of Rolla, Missouri,
John (Gould) Jackson of Willow Springs, Missouri and Joshua Wells of
Missouri; five sisters and two brothers, Margaret Carper of
Cleveland, Ohio, Wanda Rightnowar of Rolla, Missouri, James Rice
of Tennessee, Peggy Kirkpatrick of Rolla, Missouri, Brenda Vasic
of St. Louis, Missouri, Billy McCurry of Cuba, Missouri and
Jeanette Prestito of St. James, Missouri; three grandchildren,
Carter Wells, Hayley-Jade Jackson and Suki Jackson; other relatives
and friends.
Visitation was held from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at
the Null & Son Funeral Home in Rolla, Missouri.
Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Monday, November 25, 2013
at the Null & Son Funeral Home in Rolla, Missouri.
Interment followed in the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in
Rolla, Missouri.
Arrangements under the direction of the Null & Son Funeral Home in
Rolla, Missouri.
