She married Clarence Ray and to this union four children were born. On March 7, 1970 she married Willie Russell Adams in Steelville, Missouri and to this union a daughter was born and a step-son gained. Geneva accepted the Lord at a young age and attended Center Point Baptist Church in Steelville, Missouri. She worked for several years as a piece rate worker for Brown Shoe Company in Steelville, Missouri. She and her husband, Willie, owned, leased or managed a number of businesses over the years including Delano Gas Station, Ozark Cafe, Steelville Pool Hall and Adams Grocery (formerly Blunt's) and Berryman Grocery, known as "Mac's Place." They were caretakers for Reis Biological Farm, a biology station owned by St. Louis University and also caretakers for several other farms through the years. She volunteered for 14 years at Golden Echoes in Steelville, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Thelma Harmon; husband, Willie Russell Adams; brothers, Clifton M. Harmon and James Alvin (Betty) Harmon; and brother-in-law, Harold Greenwalt. Jeanette Ann Daniels Jeanette Ann Daniels (nee Nordstrum) of Bourbon, Missouri, formerly of Michigan, was born on Friday, January 19, 1934 in Ahmeek, Michigan to Earl and Frances Chopp Nordstrum and passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015 at the age of 81 years, 10 months and 15 days. Jeanette enjoyed going to the beach at Lake Superior and watching the Detroit Redwings Hockey team when she lived in Michigan. She also liked playing bingo and picking berries that she sold to the Amish. After moving to Bourbon, Missouri eight years ago, she loved playing and eating ice cream with her great granddaughter Payton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Frances Nordstrum; daughter, Sue Ann Parker; and brothers, Roy and Donald Nordstrum. Virginia Lea Farrar Virginia Lea Farrar (nee Barton) was born in Raymondville, Missouri on Wednesday, June 1, 1938 to Denver Richard and Mattie Bell Cummings Barton and passed away at Bethesda Meadows in Ellisville, Missouri on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the age of 77 years, 4 months and 7 days. On Saturday, April 23, 1960 Virginia was united in marriage to Robert Donald Farrar at a pastors home and they enjoyed 56 years until her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Denver and Mattie Barton; brothers-in-law, Kermit England and Kenneth Farrar; and sister-in-law, Gail Farrar. On October 19, 2015 he married Ann Elizabeth (Light) Gaddy. Troy enjoyed watching NASCAR, racing four wheelers and driving and racing stock cars. He loved hunting and football. He was a graduate of Rolla High School in 1982. He worked for the family business, Southwest Quarry for 25 years. He was also employed by Melrose Asphalt and Quarry for five years. Tammey Lyn Reid Tammey Lyn (Smith) Reid was born August 13, 1964 in North Ridge, California to Ronald Edward and Susan Diane (Bay) Smith and passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the age of 51 years. She was united in marriage to Kendall Reid on June 4, 2011 and to this union they became the loving parents of four children. Tammey loved her job as a caretaker and could make anyone feel welcome and loved, even in her last days she was worried about caring for everybody else. She enjoyed watching NASCAR, collecting dolphins, visiting the ocean and puzzles. She was an active parent and treasurer of the Salem Marching Blue. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Smith. Robert H. "Bob" Stewart Robert H. "Bob" Stewart of Cuba, Missouri was born on November 16, 1931 to Horace and Elizabeth (nee Burleson) Stewart and passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 at the age of 84 years. Robert attended school in St. Louis, Missouri and then Mt. Vernon, Illinois where he graduated in 1950. He served in the US Air Force from 1950-1954. He was in the Korean War Conflict where he received three battle Stars. Robert married Joyce Dorf on April 1, 1956. He attended the United Methodist Church and served as President of the Administrative Council, Trustee, Choir Member and Sunday School plus was listed as a Lay Speaker. Bob was secretary of the first ambulance board in Crawford County. He served three terms as alderman in Cuba and one term as mayor and a member of the first Planning and Zoning Board in Cuba. He was a member of the American Legion for 25 years and a charter member of the VFW. While the children were small, Bob officiated high school basketball and baseball. He served as a Cub Scout Leader and was Chairman of the Crawford County Boy Scout Council Fundraising Committee. Bob worked at the Cuba Post Office in 1960 and was the first walking letter carrier. He also worked as a clerk and then at the Leasburg office as a rural letter carrier and retired in 1990. Bob and his brother, Cliff, and several friends organized a group of musicians. They entertained at the Sr. Center in Cuba, local nursing home and at the Veteran's Home in St. James as well as playing for shut-ins. Bird hunting was a favorite fall activity. Golf was his game of choice for the summer. Bob always had a story or joke.Robert (Bob) was initiated an Entered Apprentice into Cuba Lodge on July 21, 1961, was passed to the degree of Fellow Craft on August 26, 1961 and raised to a Master Mason on September 26, 1961. He went on to serve as Worshipful Master of his lodge in 1965.Bob served as District Deputy Grand Lecturer (DDGL) for 11 years under three Grand Lecturers. He began the 39th District Ritual Club in 1972. Bob conducted the funeral services covering a wide area. He installed the officers in most lodges in the 39th district. Bob received the Scottish and York Rite Degrees and was a member of the Abou Ben Adhem Temple in Springfield, Missouri. He was a member of the Lodge of Research and belonged to the South Central Shrine Club. Bob and his brother, Chuck, were organizers of the annual South Central Golf tournament to benefit Shriner's Hospital. His recently received a special award given only to one person a year by the Grand Master of the State of Missouri Grand Lodge: the Truman Award. He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Elizabeth Stewart; three brothers, Bill, Chuck and Cliff; sister-in-law, Jodi Stewart; brother-in-law, Bill Albrecht; and sister-in-law, Joan Lee.
