Madeline was united in marriage on March 19, 1983 in Lakeland, Florida to Jeff Michael Brandt. Madeline was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed traveling to Europe and especially Italy, Germany and Ireland. Madeline also enjoyed baking and cooking for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Wilma Wilkinson; two brothers-law, Everett Phipps and George Cotton; special nephew, Jeffery Phipps; and father-in-law, Dale R. Brandt. Jimmy Lee Dotson Jimmy Lee Dotson was born February 28, 1954 in Bixby, Missouri to William and Julia (Medley) Dotson and passed away December 12, 2017 in Viburnum, Missouri at the age of 63 years. He married Marilyn Paulette Sumpter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandkids. Billy Gene Jennings Billy Gene Jennings of Bourbon, Missouri was born on July 29, 1944 to Levi E. and Florence M. (Hodges) Jennings in Bonne Terre, Missouri and passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 at the age of 73 years. He grew up and attended school in Bonne Terre, Missouri and went to work at a local restaurant where he met Wilma Rhoades. They were married on August 8, 1963 in St. Louis, Missouri and celebrated 54 years of marriage together. Billy served his country during the Vietnam Era and was discharged in June 1969. He worked in St. Louis, Missouri before moving his family to Sullivan, Missouri in 1976 and then to Bourbon, Missouri in 2001. He was employed by Trade Co. in Sullivan, Missouri retiring from there in 2008 as a production supervisor. In his free time, Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and working on old cars. He also liked to travel to Arkansas to visit family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Florence Jennings; one daughter, Rosemary Jennings; sisters, Patty Neely, Ruth Fann, Mable Jennings and Noni Jennings; two brothers, Delmer and Alvin Jennings; and grandson, Robert W.E. She married Louis Marchi on April 25, 1959, at Rosati, Missouri. Marie was a very outgoing and active person. She owned several businesses in St. James including Movies At Home and Homespun Treasures. She worked at the James Foundation for several years and worked for Boys Town and the St. James Schools and had a real estate license. She enjoyed working outside in her garden, collecting antiques and enjoyed reading a good book. She even found time for sewing and crafting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Algae Smallwood; and husband, Louis on May 17, 2004. Eunice Kathern Moreland Eunice Kathern Moreland, was born on January 13, 1922 to Evert and Myrtle Avery Turner and passed away on December 8, 2017 at the age of 95 years, 10 months and 26 days. In 1941 Eunice married Willim Eugene Botkin and he passed away in December, 1989 and then she married Joseph M. (Bud) Moreland. He passed away on September 18, 2001. Eunice and Gene Botkin were owners and proprietors of the Western Auto Store in Belle, Missouri for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Evert and Myrtle Avery Turner; first husband, Gene Botkin; second husband, Bud Moreland; two brothers, Willis and Cecil Turner; and two sisters, Mabel Morris and Josephine Renkin. She is survived by two sons, Morris Botkin and wife Wanda of St. Charles, Missouri and Mark Botkin and wife Pat of Rodchester Hills, Michigan; daughter, Verna Jostes and husband and Jerry of Granite City, Illinois; five grandchildren, Leah, Alli, Garrett, Jacob, Abby and Andrew; other relatives and friends. Floyd Robert Seidel Floyd Robert Seidel of Huntsville, Missouri was born on January 4, 1926 in Newburg, Missouri to Harvey and Pearl (Harris) Seidel and passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the age of 91 years. Floyd grew up on his family farm near Newburg, Missouri. As a young man, he served our country in World War II, then settled in the Mt. Vernon, Illinois area and began farming. After purchasing his first farm in Bellerive, Illinois, he married Marilyn Davis on February 5, 1955 and started their family. Floyd enjoyed the country life, hunting, fishing, swimming and playing cards. They moved back to central Missouri in 1963, finished raising the family near Hallsville, leaving a life-long legacy of love of family, hard work and integrity. Floyd was cherished by the young ones. His final resting place will be returning him to his roots, as he would say, "down home." He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Pearl Seidel; four brothers, Gus, Ira, Lee and Vernie; six sisters, Ruth, Iva, Geneva, Elizabeth, Darlene and Bernice; and a son-in-law, Steven Ortega. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Helen Street. Sherry was employed for a few years as a clerk in the St. Louis, Missouri area. William "Bill" Ferd Waller William "Bill" Ferd Waller of Steelville, Missouri was born September 26, 1929 in St. Louis, Missouri to Ferd and Bertha Eaton Waller and passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 at the age of 88 years, 2 months and 6 days. In April of 1949 he married Betty Lou Walker. Bill served his country honorably in the U.S. Army. He and Betty spent many years as business owners in Steelville, Missouri. They built and operated the Dairy Isle for seven years and then owned and operated the IGA and Save A Lot grocery stores from 1973 to 1993. He was a member of the Steelville Lebanon Masonic Lodge #77 AF& AM for several years. He and Betty enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. after their retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ferd and Bertha Waller; one son, Ronald William Waller; two brothers, Glenn Waller and wife Irene and Casey Waller and wife Marie; and two sisters, Gladine Beutell and husband Al and Mary Lee Halbert and husband Carman.
