BONNIE FOREST

   Bonnie (England) Forest of Jerome, Missouri was born
November 26, 1924 in Steelville, Missouri and passed away
October 21, 1983 in the Phelps County Regional Medical Center
in Rolla, Missouri at the age of 58 years, 11 months and 25
days.  She was the daughter of Thomas and Virgie (Halbert)
England.
   In addition to her parents Mrs. Forest was preceded in
death by two sisters Betty Mincher and Daphne Puckett and one
brother Floyd.
   In November 1946 Bonnie married Richard P. Forsest in Houston,
Missouri.  She was employed at the post office in Jerome, Missouri
until her forced medical retirement.
   Those who remain to mourn her passing from this life are her
beloved husband Richard of Jerome, Missouri; her son and daughter-
in-law Richard and Linda Eckert of Jerome, Missouri; one sister and
brother-in-law Jerrie and Bob Pitz of Lemay, Missouri; one brother
and sister-in-law Lloyd and Betty England of Weaver, Alabama; four
grandchildren Caroline, Sandra, Richard Lynn and Thomas William,
nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends who will sadly
miss her.
   Funeral Services were conducted Monday, October 24, 1983 at
11 A.M. in the Britton Funeral Chapel, Steelville, with
Rev. Delmer Hutson, pastor of Center Point Baptist Church as the
officiant.
   All arrangements were under the direction of the Britton
Brothers Funeral Home of Steelville, Missouri.
