FAY WILSON Fay Wilson, 83, of DeSoto was born May 12, 1906 at Shirley, Mo., a daughter of the late Sylvanus and Phoebe (Allen) Eye and passed away Wednesday, September 20, 1989 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center St. Louis. She was a housewife. She was preceded in death by her husband Horace Rayburn “H.R.” Wilson January 25, 1985. Survivors include: two sons, Monte Wilson, DeSoto and Robert Wilson, Cuba; two daughters, Carol Larkin, Florissant and Ruth Adams, Key West, Florida; a sister, Dorothy Wilson, St. Ann, Mo; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren other relatives and friends. Mrs. Wilson was also preceded in death by two sisters - Lea Scaggs and Ina Wilson and six brothers, Johnny, Monte, Marshall, Henry, Buford and Bill Eye. Funeral services were held 10 A.M. Saturday, September 23, from Mahn Funeral Chapel, DeSoto, with Rev. Lindell Byron officiating. Interment was in Lost Creek Baptist Cemetery, Berryman, Mo. under direction of Mahn Funeral Home, DeSoto. Serving as pallbearers were Gary Liebovich, Jim Wilson, John Wilson, David Volkmann, Mike Cormack and Jeff Wilson.
