HARRY FELTZ Harry E. Feltz of Sullivan, passed away Friday, January 1, 1993, at the age of 78 years. Mr. Feltz was born to the late E. E. and Mary Coleman Feltz at Dillard, Missouri. He was raised in this area as a young man. He later became a Conservation Agent with the Missouri Department of Conservation. His career began in Dent County in 1942,; in 1965 he was promoted to Regional Supervisor and moved to Sullivan, where he worked until his retirement in 1979. On June 2, 1942 Harry was married to Helen Bell and to this marriage two daughters were born. Mrs. Feltz preceded him in death in May of 1981. In October of 1984 he married Bess Dill, she too preceded him in death in February of 1986. Harry loved to travel and see the many sights of this country. He was also an active and faithful member of Grace United Methodist Church of Sullivan, and Sullivan Lodge #156 I.O.O.F. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Charles Midyett of Salem, Missouri, and Mary and Loren Garner of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, one sister Alta Hedrick of St. Louis, Mo., 2 grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Harry was preceded in death by on brother, Louie Feltz. Funeral services were conducted 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 4, 1993 from the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, with Rev. Nancye Dunlap officiating.
