John C. Miller of Bourbon, husband of Marjorie (Clarke) Miller and son of Edna L. (Record) Miller and the late Raymond E. Miller passed away at his home Monday, July 25, 1994 at the age of 54 years. Mr. Miller was born October 26, 1939 in Bourbon and had lived the majority of his life in the Bourbon area. On November 5, 1960 he was married to Marjorie Clarke in Bourbon and to this marriage four children were born. John was employed for many years at the Chrysler plant in Fenton until his early retirement in 1991. He was a Christian man who was hard working and loved his family. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Bourbon and enjoyed fishing and gardening in his spare time. He is survived by his wife Marge of Bourbon; two sons, John of Boliver, Mo., and James of Valley park, Mo.; two daughters, Janet Aubochon and Judy Miller both of Bourbon; his mother Edna Miller of Bourbon; four brothers, Bud Miller of Gerald, Mo., Kenny of Vernon, Texas, Danny of Sullivan, and Mark of Kansas City, Mo.; three sisters, Sharon Phelps of Rolla, Sandy DaMitz of Kansas City, Mo., and Beth Gullett of Sullivan; 3 grandchildren 2 step-grandchildren, other relatives and friends, John was preceded in death by one brother, Bob Miller. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 1994 from Calvary Baptist Church in Bourbon with Pastor Mylo Haynes officiating. Interment was in Bourbon Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Chapel, Bourbon, Mo.
