Daisy Marie Paul of Bourbon, passed away Monday, April 11, 1994 at the age of 74 years. Daisy was born November 9, 1919 in Bourbon, to the late Jesse and Rose (Jones) Pennock. She lived in the Bourbon area all of her life, but loved to travel out west. She also enjoyed working outside, especially flower gardening. Daisy was musically inclined and loved to play the guitar and sing. Her grandchildren were her greatest source of joy. On November 21, 1936 she was married to Wendell Paul and they were blessed with five children. Daisy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family and will long be remembered by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband Wendell of Bourbon, three sons, Curtis and wife Evelyn, of Bourbon, Eugene and wife Millie, of the state of Hawaii, Ralph and wife Judy of Leasburg, two daughters, Marjorie Musselman of Freemont, California, and Joyce Shelton and husband Duane of Bourbon, three brothers, Lawrence Pennock of Potosi, Jesse Pennock and wife Delores, and Ted Pennock, all of Bourbon, three sisters, Nellie Rapplean and husband Ed of Wentzville, Martha McClary and husband James and Peggy Reeves, all of Bourbon, nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 1994 from the Eaton Chapel in Bourbon with Rev. Scott Perry officiating. Interment was in Hardy Cemetery, Bourbon. Funeral arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Chapel in Bourbon.
