HELEN HARMON

   Helen M. Harmon nee Grueber was born on February 20, 1908 in
St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Fred and Tillie Grueber
and passed away on September 5, 1997 in Sullivan, Missouri
at the age of 89 years, 6 months and 15 days.
   Helen was preceded in death by her parents and her husband,
Walter Harmon.
   She was united in marriage to Walter Harmon on September 19, 1928
and to this union came one son, Walter Harmon.  Those who survive
to mourn her passing from this life are her loving son Walter
Harmon and wife Isabelle of Leasburg, Missouri; one brother,
Walter Grueber of New Orleans; one sister, Clara Williams of
St. Louis, Missouri; 7 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren;
4 great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
   Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and good friend
to all who knew her and will be sadly missed.
   Helen M. Harmon was in state at the Britton Funeral Home of
Cuba missouri on Monday, September 8, 1997.  Funeral Services
were held at the Britton Chapel on Tuesday, September 9, 1997 at
11:00 a.m. with Rev. Murdock McRae officiating.  Interment was
in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Leasburg, Missouri.  All arrangements
under the direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Cuba,
Missouri.
