Crawford County, Missouri Wills - Delafayette Ramsey Will Book A page 86 Will of Delafayette Ramsey Know all to whom these presents shall come that whereas, I, DeLafayette Ramsey of Crawford County Missouri being now of a sound and disposing mind and memory having first committed my soul to God who gave it and my body to the dust from whence it came do hereby declare and publish this to be my last will and testimony. Hereby revoking all or any former will or will I may have heretofore made or have had recorded. First, I give and bequeath the bodily heirs of my beloved daughter Louisa Blackwell now deceased, the sum of five dollars, lawful money. Second, I give and bequeath to my beloved son, John H. Ramsey the sum of five dollars lawful money. Third, I give and bequeath to the bodily heirs of Ginsey Smith now deceased, the sum of five dollars lawful money. Fourth, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife the sum of one hundred dollars lawful money for her support for her lifetime. Fifth, I give and bequeath my beloved son William T. Ramsey or his bodily heirs the sum of four dollars. Sixth, I give and bequeath to the bodily heirs of my beloved daughter, Hannah Britton, deceased, the sum of five dollars lawful money. Seventh, I give and bequeath to my beloved son Robert L. Ramsey, the sum of two hundred dollars lawful money. Eighth, I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Sally Caroline Snead the sum of two hundred dollars, lawful money. Ninth, it is further my will and I direct that after the above legacies are fully paid that the balance of my said estate shall be equally divided amongst my beloved children or in case of their decease to their bodily heirs, except William T. Ramsey, it is my will that he or his heirs shall receive nothing more except as herein before willed ____, the sum of four dollars. Tenth, I having full confidence and trust in the integrity of Robert L. Ramsey and William Snead, I hereby appoint them my 2 executors of this my last will and testament.
