In the matter of the estate of Isaac Givens deceased. Now come Katie Givens and states that deceased died on the 9th day of December 1915, intestate, and was at the time a resident of Daviess Co., Mo. That the probable value of his estate is: Personal $900.00; Real $5000.00. That the names and residence of the widow, heirs or legatees and devisees of deceased are respectfully as follows: Myrtle Givens daughter Kidder, Mo. Effie Scott daughter Kidder, Mo. Virgil Givens son Kidder, Mo. See their records elsewhere under Daviess Co. Archives. Part of the property he bought, mentioned in this inventory, was bought from Isaac Allen, his mother's brother. Part of Isaac's farm was next to the Wooderson Cem. where he is buried along with other family members. The home Katie and Isaac lived in next to the cemetery is no longer standing.
