County Court Minutes Books A, B, C, and D. There are numerous names of early Daviess Co., Mo. settlers recorded in these minute books. The main family names recorded here in these minutes(Splawn, Allen, Givens, McCrary, Wooderson, Doll, Kelso, Riggs, etc.) were all related directly or by marriage. There are many more entries in the minute books which could be abstracted. Since I have entered here only a few families' entries, this is not an exhaustive account. One needs to check the original records for further information. These minutes were copied from microfilm which I ordered through the Western Historical Manuscript Collection of the University of Missouri at Columbia, Mo. of the Daviess Co., Mo. County Court Minutes. File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/mo/daviess/history/other/daviessc3gms.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/mofiles/ File size: 8.8 Kb
