That she is the widow of Jackson Fleetwood, who was enrolled under the name of Jackson Fleetwood at _____ on the _______ day of _______, 18__ as a private in Co H 46 Regiment MO Volunteer Infantry abd honorably discharged ______, 18__, having served ninety days or nore dyrung the late war of the rebellion. That the soldier was not in the military or naval service of the United States except as stated above. That she was married under the name Ann Watson to said soldire at Douglas County Missouri on the 10th day of January, 1859, by Rev. James Wilson; that there was bo legal barrier to the marriage; that she had not been previously married; that the soldier had ____been previously married. about 1856 and his wife died shortly afterwards and before my marriage to him. That said soldier died February 16th, 1895, at Douglas county Missouri that she was not divorced from him; tgat she has not remarried since his death; and that she is without other means of support than her daily labor. That the said soldier left the following-named children who are now living and under sixteen years of age, to wit: Andrew J Fleetwood born Nov 11, 1884, at Douglas County Missouri That she has ___ heretofore applied for pension. application No 619772 as the widow of Jackson Fleetwood.
