Johnson (1825-1881) and Winifred (Boyse) Johnson (1825-1893). Mary Isabelle Johnson was born in Osage County, Missouri on February 4, 1853. She was the wife of William Benton Davis (1859-1889). Son of Daniel Marion Davis (1837-1876) and Amanda Louise (Hawkins) Davis (1840-1875). They were the parents of Grace "Nannie" Davis (1879-1966). Grace was the wife of Archibald Edward "Arch" Burton (1880-1947). Mary Isabelle was diagnosed with heart disease eighteen months before her death. She did on the morning of September 3, 1884, at home, in Gray Summit, Franklin County, Missouri. She is buried at the Davis Gravesite, in Gray Summit. The gravesite is on the original farmland once owned by her relative Col. Thomas Williamson Bouldin Crews (1832-1891) and his wife Virginia (Jeffries) Crews (1837-1896). The grave is located at the Shaw Nature Reserve in the Whitmire Wildflower Garden. The original home built by Col.
