Cove Cemetery, St. Clair, Franklin County, Missouri COVE CEMETERY, St. Clair, Franklin Co., MO In St. Clair, MO, take TT Hwy to where it meets Mill Hill Rd., turn left. About 300 feet from the junction of TT and Mill Hill is Old Cove on the left. Take Old Cove about ½ mile and the church and cemetery sit on the left.
