I Thomas McKinney of the County of Gasconade, in the State of Missouri do make 
and publish this my last Will and Testament, as follows to wit:
1st as I have already given to my children that have left me. To wit: John 
McKinney the sum of $165.00, to Jane who inter married with John Strane the 
sum of #165.00, to Elizabeth who inter married with John Duncan the sum of 
$165.00, to Culpurny who inter married with Samuel Duncan the sum of $165.00, 
to Martha who inter maarried with Thomas Brim the sum of $165.00, to Joseph 
McKinney the sum of $165.00, to Mary who inter married with Perry Shockley the 
sum of $165.00.
2nd I wish that the rest of my children that are yet living with me receive 
each the same outfit as they marry or become of age to wit: Thomas H. Benton 
McKinney the sum of $165.00, To Nancy Jane McKinney the sum of $165.00, to 
Caty Susan McKinney the sum of $165.00, to Robert McKinney the sum of $165.00, 
to Henry McKinney the sum of $165.00, and to James McKinney the sum of 
$165.00, and lastly as to all the rest, residue and remaining of my personal 
and real estate, after payment of all my just debts. I give and bequeath the 
same to my said beloved wife, Elisabeth McKinney, to have and enjoy the same 
during her natural life. Whom I here by appoint the Sole Executrix of this my 
Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made; and after 
her death the balance of my Estate is to be equally divided amongst all of my 
children.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 12th day of March 
A.D. 1867.

Signed and Declared by the above named Thomas McKinney to be his Last Will and 
Testament in the presence of us, who at his request, and in his presence, have 
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto:

                                         Kirstow Roberson of Gasconade County
                                         Samuel Duncan of Osage County
