Adams, 66, Stanberry, died July 13, 1990 at an Albany hospital, following a brief illness. Mr. Adams was born in King City and had been a resident of Stanberry where he was foreman of the former Stanberry Cap Factory for 20 years. He was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, and three brothers, Bod, Wilbur and James (Jake) Adams. Survivors are two sisters, Mary Fletcher and Veda Sollars, both of St. Joseph; four nieces and two Nephews. Graveside services and burial were held on July 16 at High Ridge Cemetery at Stanberry with flag-folding ceremonies by King City American Legion Post No. 132. Service arrangements were under the direction of Bram-Clark Funeral Home in King City.
