The Stanberry Headlight, Thursday, April 27, 1950:

Graveside services were held Thursday afternoon at the High Ridge cemetery 
for Beverly Ann Chaney, the infant daughter of Mr. & Mrs. William Chaney, 
of Maitland, MO.  The maternal grandparents of the small child, who died two 
days after birth, are Mr. and Mrs. John Malson.  The infant child died last 
Wednesday night at 11:45 o'clock at the Missouri Methodist hospital at St. 
Joseph.  The services were held Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock and were 
conducted by the Rev. Charles R. Hagee, pastor of the Stanberry Christian 
church.
