Mr. Gage was born in Pattonsburg, Mo. and lived most of his life in the Stanberry area. he attended Stanberry public schools and was a self- employed long haul truck driver. Mr. Gage served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Stanberry and the Raymond Sager American Legion Post No. 260 of Stanberry. In 1953, he married Norita Arnold in King City. She survives of the home. He was preceded in death by a brother. Additional survivors include one daughter, Cindy Lane of Stanberry; two brothers, Garry Gage and Max Gage of Stanberry and a sister, Fredia Howard of Stanberry. Funeral services were held July 1 at the First Baptist Church in Stanberry with burial in the High Ridge Cemetery there.
