All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm Submitted by: Don Raymond The Stanberry Headlight, October 4, 1956: Final Rites for Mrs. Ira Graham: Funeral services were held last Friday afternoon at the Stanberry Baptist church for Mrs. Hattie Graham, 76-year-old lifelong resident of the Stanberry community, who was taken by death early Wednesday morning in the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Orval Baker. The rites were conducted by the Rev. Don Stanley, Polo, MO., assisted by the pastor, the Rev. R. T. Ware. Burial was in the High Ridge cemetery, under the direction of the Phillips Mortuary. Mrs. Graham, the widow of the late Ira Graham, was a member of the Stanberry Baptist church. She was born Mar. 13, 1882, near Alanthus. She was the daughter of the late Calvin D. and Mattie C. Lyman. She is survived by the daughter in whose home she resided until her death.
