Marvin Greer, 51, Gentry, died Aug. 4, 1995, at Gentry County Memorial 
Hospital following a long illness.

Mr. Greer had been a maintenance employee for the Missouri Highway Department 
in King City, Sikeston, Rockport and Coffey.

He was born Dec. 6, 1943 and was a member of the Eagles Lodge.  Mr. Greer 
was a Baptist.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Chester and Norma (Winfield) Greer, 
and a brother, Charles, in 1968.

Surviving are two sons, Raymond and Patrick, both of Sikeston; a daughter, 
Leeann Greer of St. Louis; a brother, Glen Greer of Stanberry; two sisters, 
Christine Greer, Gentry and Nadine Greer, Stickney, Ill.

Graveside services and burial were held on Aug. 7 at High Ridge cemetery in 
Stanberry arrangements were handled by R. Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
