"Pud" Hall, 80, Stanberry, died Oct. 16, 2002, at Pine View Manor in Stanberry. Born Aug. 13, 1922 in Stanberry; he was the son of Dewey and Anna Lorene (Wilson) Hall. Mr. Hall was a World War II Army veteran, serving in the 8th Armored Division in Europe. Before retiring he was a famer and cattle breeder. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Stanberry; the Stanberry Masonic Lodge #109, A.F. & A.M.; Albany Yorkrite Bodies and Moila Shrine Temple, St. Joseph. Mr. Hall was united in marriage to Barbara Dawkins on Nov. 14, 1948. She survives at the home. Additional survivors include a son, Randall Hall and wife, Donna, Desoto, TX.; a daughter, Dana Fuhrman and husband, Clark, Madison, WI.; five grandchildren, one great-grandson and one step- grandchild. Funeral services were held on Oct. 19 at the United Methodist Church in Stanberry with Rev. Camille Sutton and Rev. Cindy Buhman officiating. Piano music was provided by Linda Peterson, along with congregational singing. Pallbearers were Edward Eugene Hall, Richard Joseph Long, Tyler Hall Fuhrman, Drew Clark Fuhrman, Tate John Fuhrman, Dean Johnson and Darren Foster, Honorary pallbearers were: Steve Gage, Max Gage, Harry Talmadge, Charlie Lawson, Dr. John Howard, Bob Wharton and Ron Peterson. Burial was in High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry. Memorials may be sent to Hands of Hope Hospice; Stanberry Unite Methoidist Church or Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
