The Stanberry Headlight, Thursday, November 26, 1953: Charles  H.  Heubach,
age 72, a resident of Stanberry and vicinity the past  15  years,  died  at
about 11:15 o'clock last Thursday night at the Harmony Hill Rest home.

Mr. Heubach, who was born in Germany, came to this section  from  Nebraska,
where he had lived much of his life. For a time he  lived  near  Darlington
and, until his health failed, was employed in farm work.

He had no close relatives in this section and, so far as this newspaper has
been able to learn, is survived by a sister, a Mrs. Weible,  of  Tuscumbia,
Neb., and nephews and nieces.

Funeral services, held for him Sunday afternoon at the  Phillips  Mortuary,
were conducted by  Elder  Horace  Munro.  Burial  was  in  the  High  Ridge
Cemetery.
