Lawrence, 84, of Stanberry passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at an Albany hospital. Born November 7, 1919 in Stanberry, he was the son of Claude and Eva (Canaday) Lawrence. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Ethel Sylvestor. On January 10, 1950, he was united in marriage to Marguerite Delaney. She survives of the home. Other survivors, 3 Sisters: Katheryn Dollars, Stanberry; Lucille Guthrie, Maryville; Betty Shoemaker, Plattsburg; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Lawrence was a farmer. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Stanberry; Hunter Chapter #238 of the Order of the Eastern star; Masonic Lodge #109 A.F. & A.M.; both of Stanberry; Albany York Rite; Moila Shrine, St. Joseph; Elks Lodge, Maryville. Funeral services were Friday, August 27 at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Stanberry. Burial was in High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry.
