Lykins, 71, of near Gentry, who died Sunday at a St. Joseph Hospital. Rites were held at the Albany Baptist church and were conducted gy the Rev. Howard Judah, church pastor. Burial was in the High Ridge cemetery here. The step-father of Cleo Myers of Stanberry, he was engaged in farming and was a life-long resident of Gentry county. Besides Myers, he is survived by his wife, of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Minnie VanHuffman and Mrs. Lois Swinford, both of Kansas City and Miss Mary Lykins of St. Louis; and four other step-children, Mrs. Ross McCampbell, Kansas City, Earl E. Myers, St. Joseph, and James Myers and Mrs. Ralph Motsinger, both of Albany. He also leaves a brother, Elmer Lykins, of Gentry.
