John R. Miller 1947-2005; STANBERRY, Mo. - John R. Miller, 58 of Stanberry,
passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005, at his home.

John, the son of Walter Loren and LaNelle (Wilson) Miller was born Feb.  1,
1947, in Island City, Mo. His father, Walter preceded him  in  death,  July
31, 1999.

For several years John served as a principal for several schools. He was  a
member of the Island City Christian Church.

Survivors: mother, LaNelle Miller, Stanberry;  brother,  James  L.  Miller,
Cypress, Texas;  sisters,  Mary  Miller,  St.  Louis,  Mo.;  Sherry  Craig,
Belefonte, Penn.; Barbara Miller, Las Vegas, Nev.

Graveside service and burial: 2 p.m. Monday, Nov.  7,  at  the  High  Ridge
Cemetery,  Stanberry.  Arrangements:  Roberson-Polley  Chapel,   Stanberry.
