     The Tri-County News, Gentry County Missouri, Friday, June 20, 2003: Jo Anna
     Pickerel, 73, Albany, died June 16, 2003, at Northwest Medical Center in
     Albany.

     Jo Anna was born Jan. 11, 1930, in Denver, CO.; the daughter of Virgil and
     Gladys (Spainhower) Pickerel. The preceded her in death.

     For over 25 years, she worked at the Opportunity Workshop in Stanberry;
     retiring in 2001.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Stanberry.
     She made her home at Beverly Health Care in Albany.

     Survivors include a brother, Bob Pickerel, and wife, Wanda, of Albany;
     sister, Patty Dewey and husband, Byron, Cambridge, MN.; three nieces and
     five nephews.

     Graveside services and burial were held on June 18 at High Ridge Cemetery,
     Stanberry.  Memorial contributions may be made to The Country Store at
     Beverly Health Care of Albany in care of Bank Midwest in Albany.
