St. Joseph (Mo.) News-Press, Tuesday, October 11, 2005:
     James G. Talmadge 1923-2005; STANBERRY, Mo. - James Galen Talmadge, 82,
     Stanberry, died Sunday, Oct. 9,2005, at the Albany, Mo., hospital.

     Survivors are wife, Pauline; son, Richard; and grandchildren, Mary Hunter,
     and Kendra, David and Holly.

     The graveside service and inurnment will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at
     High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry, with military rites by members of the
     Missouri Military Funeral Honors Program.  Arrangements are by Gibson
     Funeral Home, King City, MO.
