The Tri-County News, Gentry County Missouri, Friday, September 13, 2002:
     Norma Lee Wampler, 69, Madison, WI., died at her home on Sept. 1, 2002,
     following a lengthy illness with cancer.

     She was born in Stanberry, MO., on April 16, 1933, the daughter of Howard
     and Maude (Stuart) Wampler.

     Miss Wampler was a nurse at the VA Hospital in Madison for over 10 years.

     She is survived by two brothers, Marvin Wampler and Lawrence Wampler.  She
     was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Nadine Killam.

     Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 14, at 2:00 p.m. at High
     Ridge Cemetery in Stanberry.  Memorials may be given to the UW
     Comprehensive Cancer Center, 600 Highland Ave., Madison, WI. 53792.
