Biographical Sketch of E. M. Campbell, Greene County, Missouri, Campbell Township >From "History of Greene County, Missouri," St. Louis: Western Historical Company, 1883. ********************************************************************** Mr. Campbell is the son of J. T. and Mary A. Campbell, and was born in Greene county, Missouri, May 29, 1853. His parents came to this coun- try in 1831, and he was educated in the High School of Springfield, at the Washington University, St. Louis, in 1862-3; at the College of the Christian Brothers in 1863-4; and in 1873-4 attended the Christian University at Canton, Missouri. Mr. Campbell was married June 24, 1879 to Miss Sallie M., daughter of William and Margaret White. They have one son, Albert J. Mr. and Mrs. Campbell are members of the Christian Church.
