On motion from John P. Campbell constable for Jackson Township in the Comty of Greene
and state of Missouri by his attorney, John Wilson, who filed here in Court a list of
fees which have accrued to said Campbell and all the officers witnesses and others
interested in the same in a certain matter of controversey wherein the State of
Missouri is Plaintiff and Joseph Fogerson is Defendant upon a charge of murder before
a Justice of Peace and the Court being sufficently advised of and concerning the
premises it is ordered that the Clerk of this Court to audit and adjust the same and
certify the same to the auditor of the Publick Account for allowance.

The Grand Jury returned into Court; a true bill against Valentine Miller and Abraham
Testament for selling goods without a license,   a True Bill against John L. Davis for
pedling without a license,  also a True Bill against Joseph Applpqate and Elizabeth
Mackey for Adultory and Fornication.  Having no other business before them were
discharged.

John D. Shannon and Stephen Fisher came into Court and acknowledged themselves indebted
to the State of Missouri in the just and full sum of fifty dollars each to be levied of

respective goods and chattles lands and tenaments to be void however
that if the said John D. Shannon and Stephen Fisher shall personally appear here on
the first day of our next term of our said Court and testify in a certain matter of
controversey in our said Court pending wherein the State of Missouri is Plaintiff and
John Davis is Defendant and not depart therefrom without leave of said Court.
