PROBATE

  Will of Mrs. Jane Yeakley, who died Dec 21, Instructed that her real estate 
be sold, and that, together
with all the remainder of the estate, be divided equally among her five 
children. Minnie Shook, Lucy
Mansfield, Bessie Frame, and Pauline Coggin, all of route 7, and Hattie 
Ricketts, route 1, Republic. 
Frank and Pauline Coggin were appointed executors.
