Drum, resident of Greene county most of her life, died at 7:30 o'clock this morning at the home of her foster brother, George Hayes, 975 South Jefferson. During the past 12 years, Mrs. Drum had made frequent trips to California, returning here for the summers. Last July 3 she came here and had intended to to go to California again in the fall. She was a member of Yeakley Chapel Methodist church, 12 miles west of Springfield. Surviving, besides Mr. Hayes, are two stepsons, Eugene Drum of California and Howard Drum of California; one sister-in-law, Mrs. George Yeakley, of Bois D'Arc; and fiv nieces. The body will lie at the Alma Lohmeyer funeral home until funeral arrangements are made. Newspaper. Thursday Evening. August 24, 1939. Springfield, Greene County, Missouri.
