Greene County, Missourio Wills - Enos D. Pipkin, 1903 ~~~~~~~~~~ On 2 Dec 1898, Enos D. wrote his will which was filed in Greene County Probate Court on 9 Mar 1903 as will #1716. I, Enos D. Pipkin, having been a farmer and now living in the town of Republic in Greene County Missouri, do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all former wills by me made. 1st. I give and bequeath to my son, Samuel J. Pipkin, the sum of $100. 2nd. I give to my grandsons, Frank H. Johnson and Willie E. Johnson, sons of my deceased daughter Sarah Johnson, the sum of $5.00 each and release them of anything they may owe me. 3rd. I give to my son Daniel W. Pipkin, if living, the sum of $1.00. If he is dead then I give to his heirs the sum of $1.00. 4th. I give to the heirs of my deceased son Jesse J. Pipkin the sum of $1.00. 5th. I give to the heirs of my deceased son, William H. Pipkin, the sum of $1.00. 6th. I give to Kellie Keller, the wife of W.R. Keller, the sum of $1.00 7th. I give to the heirs of my deceased son, John P. Pipkin, the sum of $5.00 8th. I give to the Executors the sum of $100.00 for the purpose of paying funeral and burial expenses. 9th. I give to my wife Susan A. Pipkin, the following real estate for and during her natural life or widowhood, to wit. The NE 1/4 and SW 1/4 Sec 17, Twp 29 Range 23, also my property in Hines Addition to town Republic, Mo. Also all personal property, including monies, notes of any kine or nature and all other lands I may own at my death and not heretofore devised where-ever located after my debts are paid, in any, and the expense of administerin my estate are paid. At the death of my wife, Susan A. Pipkin, or her re-marriage all the lands and property given to her by me is to be sold and the proceeds thereof together with any and all monies is to go to and vest in the heirs of my deceased son, John P. Pipkin, to share and share alike between them. 10th. I appoint my son, Samuel J. Pipkin, Executor of this and request that he be not required to give bond.
