Isaac M. Bowman, Will, Harrison County, MO Dated 19 December 1888 - Proven 9 April 1891 Be it remembered, that I, Isaac M. Bowman, of Ridgeway, state of Missouri, hereby revoking all my former will and testaments, do make this my last will and testament, in manner as follows: That is to say: I order and direct that all my just debts, if any remain, shall be paid with convenience and speed. I give bequeath and devise to Charles E. Kampman; Willaba Scott and Frank Loy, trustees, and to their successors in this trust, one half acre of land out of the south west corner of the east half of the north east quarter of section thirty six (36) township sixty five (65) range twenty seven (27) Harrison county state of Missouri, to have and to hold the same in trust for a public burying ground. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Clarinda M. Bowman, all my household goods and furniture of every kind to have and to hold as her absolute property. To my beloved son Richard E. Bowman I give and bequeath all of the timber on that part of real estate, south of the branch coming from the north east and emptying near the stone quarry and west of the cultivated land, in the south west corner of the north east quarter of section thirty six (36) township sixty five (65) range twenty seven (27) Harrison county Missouri, to have, and use said timber as he may see fit during his natural life. To my beloved wife Clarinda M. Bowman I give, devise and bequeath all of my real estate as follows: all of the north east quarter of section thirty six (36) township sixty five (65) range twenty seven (27) Harrison county state of Missouri, except such reservations as have been heretofore mentioned, to have and to hold having full use and benefit of the same as long as she may live or remain my widow. And in either event, of her death or marriage, the title to and possession of, my said real estate, shall pass to and vest in my beloved son Wesley Bowman and his bodily heirs: And in case he shall die with out bodily heirs, then and in that event the said real estate as aforesaid, shall become the property, in equal shares, of his half brothers and sisters namely: Anna Gard, Richard E. Bowman, Mary Sinderson, Malicia Smith, Charles E. Kampman and William A. Kampman. I further give and bequeath all of my personal property, after the payment of my just debts, if any remain as follows: The sum of three hundred dollars to each of my beloved daughters, Anna Gard and Malicia Smith which sum makes them equal with my other beloved children Richard E. Bowman, and Mary Sinderson, they having each heretofore received donations equal to the sum of three hundred dollars. And should there remain any of my personal property after paying the above said sums it shall be equally divided among my beloved wife Clarinda M. Bowman [and] my beloved children Anna Gard, Richard E. Bowman, Mary Sinderson, Malicia Smith, Wesley Bowman and Charles E. Kampmann and William A. Kampmann. I appoint Charles E. Kampman, of Ridgeway, Harrison county, Missouri, executor of this my will. In witness whereof, I have signed and seal and publish and declare this instrument as my will, at Ridgeway, Harrison county state of Missouri, on this 19th day of December A.D. 1888. Isaac M.
