ANSTINE, Jacob Dwain 1991 - 1991

Jacob Dwain Anstine, infant son of Rick and Marcia (Wall) Anstine, Blairstown, 
died Monday, July 29, at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton. Surviving 
him is his parents; one brother, Jeremy, and one sister, Melanie, both of the home 
in Blairstown; paternal grandparents, Leonard and Gerry Anstine, Blairstown; 
maternal grandmother, Ruby Hardesty and maternal step-grandfather, Bob 
Hardesty, Warsaw; and many aunts, uncles and other relatives. Funeral services 
were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 1, 1991 at the Wall cemetery near 
Blairstown with the Rev. Lee Ward officiating, assisted by Murlin Anstine. 
Services were under direction of the Ward Funeral Home, Chilhowee.
