BRADFORD OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== BRADFORD, Robert William 1912 - 1991 Robert William Bradford, age 78, passed away Friday morning, September 13, 1991, at the Olathe Health Care Center in Olathe, Ks. He was born on October 24, 1912 at Roseland, Mo., the son of Charles M. and Lula Belle Bradford. He grew up in Henry County and on May 27, 1933 he was united in marriage to Thelma Myers at Clinton. Following their marriage, they made their home in Kansas City. He was employed by Ziegler & Sons and worked in the Kansas City Market for several years. Later he was employed as a warehouse manager for the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company in Kansas City, retiring in 1974. At that time they moved to their lake home at Grandview Beach near Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma, on October 25, 1984. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Warsaw. He is survived by two sons, Bob Bradford of Lee's Summit, and Fred Bradford, of Kansas City, North; one daughter, Mrs. Linda Flack of Olathe, Ks.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother, Beryl Bradford of Ocean Springs, Miss.; and one sister, Ruth Haskell of Independence, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held at the Reser Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 1991 with Rev. Don Flack and Rev. Scott Bradford officiating. Pallbearers were Kevin Bradford, James Bradford, Dale Gunderson, Casey Flack, Jason Flack, Mark Bradford and Dough Bradford. Burial was in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton. Funeral services for Robert W. Bradford, formerly of Clinton, were held September 16, at Reser Funeral Home in Warsaw. Among those attending from Clinton were Mr. and Mrs. Tracey DeLozier, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Wiedeman, Carl Wallace, Alice Racer and Hal Renfro.
