BRYANT OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== BRYANT, Ina Mae BOWERS abt 1919 - 2000 Kansas City Star, Apr 7 2000 - Ina Mae Bryant, 81, Raymore, MO (formerly of Clinton, MO), passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2000, at Raymore Healthcare, Raymore, MO. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, April 8, at Clinton Memory Gardens, Clinton, MO. The family will receive friends 2-2:45 p.m. Saturday at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton. The family suggests contributions to the Samaritan Center and may be left at the funeral home. Ina is survived by two daughters, Vonda Morgan, Reed Springs, MO, and Sherie June Bernard, Chattanoga, TN; two brothers, Leonard Bowers, Topeka, KS, and Ed Bowers, St. Louis, MO; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. (Arrangements: Vansant-Mills Funeral Home, Clinton, MO) BRYANT, Roberta POWELL 1940 - 1999 KC Star, 28 Oct 1999 - Roberta (Powell) Bryant, 58, Windsor, MO, died Monday evening, October 25, 1999, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO, as a result of lung cancer. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, October 28, at the First Baptist Church, Windsor; Rev. Chuck Phillips officiating and Rev. Clif Dudley assisting. Burial will be in Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday evening, at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor. A memorial fund has been established and contributions may be made in care of the funeral home. Roberta was born December 9, 1940, in Windsor, MO, the daughter of Joseph Robert Powell and Alma Joan (Cox) Powell. On August 30, 1961, at her parents home in rural Windsor, she married Darrell Keith Bryant, who survives of the home in rural Windsor. She was co-owner and operator, with Sharon Southard, of "The Greenery" floral shop in Windsor for 22 years, opening in December of 1977. Roberta graduated from Windsor High School and earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Secretarial Science from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg. In addition to her husband, Darrell, she is survived by three daughters, Lisa K.
