CALL, Lula May BUSH 1904 - 1994

Lula May Call, 90, rural Leeton, MO, died Monday, Dec 19, 1994, at Westwood 
Nursing Home, Clinton. She was born May 11, 1904, in Benton County, near 
Warsaw, daughter of Abraham Napoleon and Mary Almeda Walker Bush. On Nov 5, 
1926, in Lexington, MO, she married Robert B. Call, who died Dec 16, 1994. Mrs. 
Call was a homemaker. In April 1931, she and her husband moved to a farm near 
Windsor. In 1936, they moved to their current home near Leeton. In 1940, she 
became a member of High Point Baptist Church near Leeton. Survivors include a 
son, Emery Call, Lone Jack, MO; a daughter, Norma Newman, Raymore, MO; a sister, 
Mary Laird, Sedalia; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral 
services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor, with 
the Rev C. J. Ford officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.


CALL, Robert B. 1904 - 1994

Robert B. Call, 90, rural Leeton, died Friday, December 16, 1994, at the Westwood 
Nursing Home in Clinton. He was born April 28, 1904, in rural Benton County, near 
Warsaw, the son of Nicholas John Call and Annie Margaret Frisch Call. On Nov 5, 
1926, he married Lulu May Bush, who survives of the nursing home. Mr. Call was a 
farmer. He grew up on a farm in Benton County which is now a resort, Cole Turkey 
Acres. Funeral services were Monday, December 19, 1:30 p.m., at the Hadley 
Funeral Home, Windsor, with Rev C. J. Ford officiating. Burial was in the Laurel 
Oak Cemetery, Windsor. Pallbearers for both Robert and Lulu were: Norman 
Powers, Bill Wilson, Forrest Eldred, George Ebersole, Jerry Call, and Bobby Cox.
