DEAN, Hazel Lorena COKER 1905 - 1992

Mrs. Hazel Lorena Dean, 87, Clinton, died at Golden Valley Hospital Friday, 
september 25, 1992. Mrs. Dean had been in Meadow Brook Manor nursing home for 
a number of years. - Hazel Lorena Dean was born April 3, 1905, in Sprague, the 
daughter of Edgar and Anna Bramble Coker. She passed away September 25, 1992, 
at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital at the age of 87. she was married to John 
Dean October 8, 1927, in Appleton City. To this union seven sons were born. One 
son died in infancy and her husband, John, preceded her in death in 1968. She was 
a meber of the New Hope Baptist Church. She is survived by six cons, William of 
San Diego, California, James Dean of Columbia, Stanley Dean of Joplin, Gerald 
Dean and John Dean, both of Clinton, and Chrles Dean of Buckner; also 30 
grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. 
Monday, September 28, 1992, at the Montrose Cemetery. Rev. Kenneth Nichols 
officiated.
