FORMAN OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== FORMAN, Matilda A. COWHICK CLARK 1844 - 1936 Windsor Review, April 1936 - Mrs. M.A. Foreman Dead - Mrs. M.A. Forman, who was 92 years old April 2, died Wednesday afternoon at the family home on North Main Street after several weeks illness due to her age. Mrs. Forman is one of the oldest citizens of Windsor and spent the greater part of her life here. She was married twice, having four children by the first marriage and one by the last. She is survived by three daughters and two sons as follows: Mrs. Orr McCough, Seminole, Oklahoma; Mrs. Betty Cooper, Kansas City; Charlie Clark, Mrs. Annie Buckner and Miles Foreman of the home. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grand children. Funeral services will be held at the Austin Funeral Home Friday afternoon at 2:30, conducted by the Rev. Geo. C. Humphrey, pastor of the Windsor Baptist Church.
